Superb hotel in a stunning location
Pros:

The location is superb with wonderful views across the Golf Course and Lake Lucerne to the Alps. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and very comfortable beds. The hotel is part of a golf course and perfect for golfers and non-golfers. Food is excellent. Amazing views from restaurant and terrace. Underground car park with EV charging. Lovely personal touches from owners . Very conveniently located for Lucerne and all it has to offer

Cons:

The balcony of our room was above the rest area for the staff, so prone to cigarette smoke which spoiled our experience.

Un séjour plutôt moyen, avec un accueil décevant

Hôtel restaurant proche de Lucerne

Cons:

L’accueil, en raison d’un malentendu lors de la réservation. L’âge des enfants (5 et 8 ans) n’avait pas été pris en compte et la chambre avait donc été préparée pour accueillir des bébés. J’ai dû demander une modification de l’installation, qui m’a été facturée CHF 100.– supplémentaires, pour finalement disposer de lits de camp d’une qualité très médiocre. Cette facturation m’a semblé d’autant plus regrettable qu’il s’agissait avant tout de corriger un malentendu lors de la réservation.
