1. The room and the bathroom have everything we need.

3. Bern Ticket allowed us to take the bus to the center with free of charge, it’s very conviennent.
The parking was full. I reserved the hotel three months ago, and only four days before the arrival, I received the message that I need to reserve the parking. They could’ve sent me the link to reserve the parking earlier.
-Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, deshalb müssen wir woanders parken. Dort gibt es aber keinen sicheren Parkplatz.
-Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, obwohl es draußen mit +36 °C sehr heiß ist.
-Außerdem gibt es dort sehr viele Fliegen, Mücken und Silberfische.
-Die Decke ist sehr dreckig und sieht so aus, als wäre sie schon lange nicht mehr gewaschen worden.

Am Tag der Anreise bekam ich ein Email, das von mir gewünschte Zimmer sei nicht verfügbar.
Bin deshalb gar nicht erst zum Hotel gefahren.
We booked a room for two adults and our 4-year-old child through Booking, where this hotel was listed as a suitable option for our family. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find a standard double room with only two single beds pushed together.
When we asked reception how three people were expected to sleep in two beds, we were dismissively told that children stay for free by sharing an adult bed. This was completely impossible, as there was a distinct, unsafe gap between the two mattresses (pictured).
Despite asking, the staff refused to provide a crib or extra bed and made zero effort to offer a room change or any reasonable solution. As a result, we were forced to go out, buy a sleeping bag, and have our 4-year-old sleep on the floor for the entire stay.
Unacceptable customer service and misleading room allocations for families. We strongly advise parents traveling with young children to avoid this hotel.
