Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful views of the Alpine mountains. Good breakfast. Views from every corner. Lovely reading room. 3 min walk to the cable car station. Coop grocery store just a minute away. Microwave, refrigerator and kettle in common area. Allowed us to store our luggage for half a day after checkout. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No lifts /elevators- this seems to bethe norml in a lot of hotels in Murren. We had only a backpack so wasn't an issue for us.

A relaxing alpine stay with beautiful views, great comfort, and thoughtful extras.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The hotel has a beautiful Swiss alpine feel and is set in a stunning location. Our room was spotless and felt fresh and well cared for, and the bed was very comfortable which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and quality options. A real highlight was waking up to views of the snowy alpine mountains. We also appreciated the free access to the pool and the discounted rate for the nearby spa, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.
