Very good location for quiet location.
Pros:

Location was with owesome view . We needed two transport modes to reach interlaken ost which was a bit inconvinient. Most of the times the gap between two buses from hotel to interlaken west was one hr.

Sehr freundlicher Host. Update zu Zimmer mit Balkon und Küchenzeile. Das Hotel ist alt, aber blitzsauber. Gerne wieder

Cons:

Etwas ungewöhnlich, die Komunikation nur in Englisch. Aber irgendwie doch sympatisch.
Auswahl an offenen Restaurants nicht gerade üppig.

Espectacular
Pros:

Teníamos unas vistas espectaculares del lago y las montañas desde nuestro apartamento. Está a unos 20 minutos de interlaken pero las vistas subiendo y bajando merecen la pena.
El servicio fue muy amable, nos dieron consejos para visitar y nos ayudaron con el equipaje. Además hay zona de aparcamiento que es gratis desde las 19:30 hasta las 9 por lo que no tuvimos que pagar. Muy muy recomendable!

فندق للاسترخاء والتأمل في الطبيعة ، قفل جوالك واستمتع
Pros:

اطلالة خلابة بانورامية جميلة على البحيرة والجبال المحيطة، هدوء الصباح الجميل من على البلكونة وصوت العصافير والاطلالة قصة لحالها، يفضل في الحجز اخذ الغرفة مع البلكونة، وجود مطبخ مخدوم ومجهزيشكر اجتهاد صاحب الفندق في جعل اقامة النزيل مريحة ، وصلت الى النزل من جنيف بالقطار والباص ولم اواجه اي صعوبة الحمدلله ، الى انترلكن بالباص 20 دقيقة اكيد الافضل استئجار سيارة اعجبتني بحيرة ثون اجمل من انترلكن

الغرف ودورة المياه صغيرة نوعا ما والعزل ضعيف واعتقد اغلب انترلكن كذا فليست بمشكلة كبيرة

Very good single bed room especially for that price and very nice host.
Pros:

Very cozy room for one person, absolute no brainer for the price, comes with the Beatenberg guest card that offers free transportation to interlaken and around, Vlad is an amazing fella, pretty much gave the itineraries I followed for my stay to discover the region, there are no lifts however so take that into account.

We had a truly wonderful time at Hotel Sterne. The cozy atmosphere and the warm, welcoming reception alone make you want to return. We enjoyed a breathtaking view across the entire valley, the lake, and the mountain range as we sat on the balcony with a coffee in the first spring sunshine. It was well worth spending the night here in the tranquility of the Swiss mountains.

Vue exceptionnelle sur Interlaken
Pros:

La vue est exceptionnelle sur Interlaken et le lac Thoune et les environs.

La route pour s'y rendre est sinueuse (en lacets) - environ 20 minutes à partir d'Interlaken pour se rendre à l'hôtel.

L'endroit est assez vieux, mais ça lui donne un certain charme. La cuisinette était tout de même bien équipée.

Vlad est très gentil et prend le temps d'expliquer les attraits touristiques de la région.

Cons:

Les portes de la douche que nous avions auraient eu besoin d'un nettoyage en profondeur, sinon, tout était correct 😉
