Pros:

La ubicación frente al lago espectacular, aunque nuestra habitación daba a un lateral. Buena limpieza. Ambiente tranquilo y relajado. Personal muy agradable. Desayuno correcto. Parking descubierto de pago al lado del hotel.

Cons:

Habitación no muy grande y muy calurosa, nos dejaron un ventilador. Colchón de espuma poco cómodo.

Dieses historische Hotel liegt direkt am See und ist fussläufig verbunden mit allen wichtigen Einrichtungen wie Restaurants, Schiffanlegestellen und Rigi-Bahn.

Die jungen Leute ander Reception ins Besondere Nina und Joel haben mich mehrfach grossartig unterstützt. Danke dafür!

Mein Hund war willkommen.

Ich habe wunderbare Tage und Nächte hier verbracht und es sehr genossen.

Cons:

Fragen Sie immer nach, ob das Restaurant wirklich geöffnet hat, denn es scheint, dass es vorübergehend/mittelfristig? geschlossen hat. Schade, denn ich habe mich sehr gefreut, auf dieser einmaligen Terasse zu essen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Das ist in der Hitzewelle ein Nachteil.

Pros:

This is our 4th visit and the view is always spectacular. It’s next to rigi bahn so great for walking.
Lovely surroundings and staff friendly.

Cons:

No restaurant and no ability to have an evening drink other than weekend. Food average. Missing some soul and atmosphere and signposted to other hotels for food when this place could be a gold mine.
Previous visits we could swim from below the hotel but this time had to use public park.

Die Speisekarte im Restaurant hatte sehr wenige warme Hauptgerichte, auch war das Restaurant nur an 3 Tagen in der Woche geöffnet.
Der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer und der Badezimmerschrank schlossen nicht richtig.

אכזבה ועגמת נפש מעבר לנזק הכספי.
Cons:

חדר 128 לא מתאים ללינה , לאנשים בני 80 אולי ילדים. המזרונים אולי ברוחב של 70 ס"מ לא מתאים ללינה . בעת הבדיקה באתר לפני ההזמנה לא ראיתי אף תמונה של החדר הזה אולי תמונה מרחוק של המיטה העתיקה . מקלחת עם אמבטיה !! גם אם נאלץ לא להתקלח לא נכנס לעשות מקלחת באמבטיה !! אנחנו בני 80 לא מסתכנים. הבנו שבחדר הזה לא נשארים ,פניתי לאיש בקבלה הסברתי את הבעיות וביקשנו לעזוב , תשובת האיש בקבלה אני מבין אותכם אבל אנחנו מלאים ואין לי איך לעזור . לאחר בדיקה נוספת אמר יש לי חדר עם בעיה בדלת שמחר אפשר לתקן החדר לא מסודר. עליתי לחדר 303 עם איש הקבלה לראות את הבעיה בדלת אם ניתן להסתדר, טרם ראיתי מה מחכה לנו בחדר .מקלחת ושרותים צר מאד שאין מקום לשים שום פרט שקשור לרחצה. בחדר השינה כיור רחצה ואמבטיה .חייב לומר שגם את סוג החדר הזה עם המקלחת לא ראיתי בתמונות. באין ברירה הסכמנו להמתין כ 40 דקות שהצוות ינקה ויכין את החדר לכניסה. בגדול הבנו שנפלו חזק ובאין ברירה נשאר ללינה. בבוקר לאחר ארוחת הבוקר נגשנו לקבלה לעשות צ'ק אאוט .אין סיכוי שאנחנו נשארים כאן. ביקשתי שיטפלו לזכות אותנו לפחות בשתי לינות. פקידת הקבלה ענתה הכסף לא אצלנו הוא נמצא בבוקינג. אני עונה נכון שהם עשו את הגבייה עבורכם אבל הם מעבירים לכם את הכסף בניכוי עמלתם. עגמת נפש מאד גדולה ביקשתי שיעבירו את הבקשה לזיכוי עבור שתי לינות להנהלת המלון
. אני רוצה לציין שבמקרה אני עובד רק 32 שנה בענף הנסיעות .מוכר הרבה בתי מלון בעולם ללקוחות שלנו. לא נתקלתי בהצגת מידע לא אמין כפי שנתקלתי במלון הזה. אני מבין שאת המידע (תמונות) חוות דעת אתם מקבלים מהמלון. לבסוף היו במידע תמונות של חדרים שממש לא מיצגים את שני החדרים שקיבלנו וכאמור חסרות תמונות אמיתיות של המקלחות.בבקשה תפנו למלון לברור האירוע ודרישה מהמלון ל Refund עבור שתי לינות.
