Os quartos são iguais aos da foto! São extremamente limpos e confortáveis. Localização excelente dá para conhecer toda a cidade a pé e através de ônibus, a estação é muito perto! O local também é bastante silencioso, então você terá noites bem tranquilas. O staff é muito atencioso e cordial, sempre preocupados em nos oferecer a melhor estadia! Eu realmente gostei muito dos dias em que estive ali! A minha sugestão para ficar ainda melhor, seria um ventilador maior, como um de teto, pois refrescaria mais o quarto devido ao calor dos dias de verão e gostaria que tivesse ovos mexidos no café da manhã.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Alphorn. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet only about 100 meters from Interlaken West station. The frequent train connections between Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost made getting around incredibly convenient.

A special thanks to Sasa (hope am spelling her name correctly). She was absolutely wonderful and always welcomed us with a warm smile (such a beautiful smile).Her hospitality truly stood out, we stayed for four nights, and on one morning we had to leave very early (around 6:15 AM). She offered a bag to pack some croissants and bread and even added yogurt cups without us asking. That small gesture meant a lot and perfectly reflects the exceptional service at this hotel.

The entire stay was comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable. I would happily stay at Hotel Alphorn again on my next visit to Switzerland and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Interlaken.

P.S: And the room is so cute, they don’t allow hot food, which I understand, because the smell gets into the sheets, curtains etc. The very first thing that they mentioned on Booking.com message is about hot food, I found it a bit weird but now I know why.

The location is spot on!!! Very near to the West station, literally 100 steps away.

Our stay at Hotel Alphorn was fantastic from start to finish. The hostess at the reception area was so nice and helpful when we arrived. The room was great; very clean, well maintained and larger than expected. The area is very quiet even though it’s a very short walk to the train station, which was so convenient. The breakfast was delicious and included in the price. It was our favorite hotel in Switzerland and we traveled around the country for 2 weeks.
