Pros:

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett, das Zimmer sauber, die Lage super zentral, das Frühstück war gut. Parken in der Tiefgarage unkompliziert ohne Aufpreis (im Sommer).

Cons:

In Booking wurde ein Zimmer mit Ausblick angepriesen, bzw. mit Fotos suggeriert und mit der Erwartung hatten wir gebucht. Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer direkt zu Straße raus, der Balkon endete quasi auf der Straße. Aus unserer Sicht klare Irreführung bei der Buchung. Wenn nicht alle Zimmer die gleiche Sicht haben, dann muss es dafür unterschiedliche Fotos und Preise geben.
Die nette Dame an der Rezeption wollte unseren Wunsch das Zimmer zu wechseln scheinbar erfüllen, aber die Chefin hat das abgelehnt und mit einem Schulterzucken erklärt, das Hotel sei voll und das einzige letzte Zimmer wollte sie uns nicht geben, weil es für 4 Personen ist. Nun, ob das noch an dem Tag weggegangen ist...?
Besonders hat uns gestört, dass sie nichts angeboten hat, keine kleine Kompensation, ein Goody, nichts. Warum uns nicht auf ein Essen oder wenigstens Getränk im hoteleigenen Restaurant einladen, oder sich etwas anderes überlegen? Das hätte die doch fast nichts gekostet und uns besänftigt.
Die Autos/LKWs sind morgens gefühlt durchs Zimmer gefahren. Da es warm war, war das Fenster schließen auch keine Option. Zwischen 0:00 und 5:00 war der Lärm ok, wegen weniger Autos, aber davor und danach war es unerträglich.
Abschließend muss man auch sagen, es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, die Einrichtung ist vermutlich 30-40 Jahre alt.
Weiterhin war es sehr ärgerlich warum uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde, dass es im Hotel vergünstigte Bergbahntickets zu kaufen gibt. Hätte die Dame am Schalter der Bergbahn nicht eine Ausnahme gemacht, hätten wir 146CHF mehr bezahlt!!!

Sehr schöne Lage, Mitten im Dorf
