gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage

Cons:

Ich hatte ein 2 Bett-Zimmer gebucht, aber ein 3 Bett- Zimmer erhalten. Da ich allein reiste war das Stockbett für mich hnäinderlich ind es drückte den Raum.

Pros:

Lage ist fast unübertroffen, Messe und Straßenbahnen direkt vor der Tür, gute Essenslokale gleich nebenan, trotzdem nicht laut in der Nacht. Tolles, superfreundliches Service. Waren zwar nur für eine Nacht hier, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient. With public transportation it is very easy to get enywhere. The Basel Card is very useful and made the transportation free. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and very well equipped, I had everything I needed. Also the tea and coffee selection was nice. The breacfast is very nice not a wide range of selection but fresh and tasty. When something has gone they made it freshly for request.

Wir haben uns wahnsinnig gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Pros:

Ich und meine Mitreisende benötigen keine derartigen Einrichtungen aber uns ist aufgefallen, dass das Zimmer barrierefrei ist. Im Bad gab es entsprechende Halterungen bei WC und im Duschbereich, es hatte eine Nische für einen Rolli oder in unserem Fall eine zusätzliche Kleiderstange, die uns direkt beim Check in angeboten wurde. Das Personal war aber für mich das absolut Beste. Alle waren so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist lecker und man hat eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Ein weiteres Highlight waren für uns die unglaublich bequemen Betten. Nach einem langen Messetag ist das wie in eine Wolke fallen. Für alle mit dem Auto reisenden ist es echt entspannt, dass man zum ausladen bis vor die Tür fahren kann. Wer Basel kennt, weiß, dass das nicht immer der Fall ist. Man findet drei große und gut zu Fuß erreichbare Parkhäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
