Top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war einfach Top!
Wir haben ein besseres bzw. größeres Zimmer direkt an der Promenade bekommen und die Aussicht war wunderschön.
Beim Frühstück gab es nicht viel Auswahl, aber es war dennoch sehr lecker, auch der Kaffee!
Vom Hotel aus gelangt man sehr schnell zum Bahnhof/Schiffsanlegestelle.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich!
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Vielen Dank für diese schönen Erinnerungen.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Cons:

Eine Steckdose im Badezimmer wäre super gewesen und vielleicht noch einen größeren Spiegel im Zimmer.

Dank der guten Lage und dem geräumigen Zimmer ok, aber die Toilettensituation muss verbessert werden
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, der Frühstücksraum leider nicht mit schöner Sicht, trotz der Lage am See.
Das Dachzimmer "Schwalbennest" geräumig und heimelig.

Cons:

Die Toilette/Dousche auf der 3. Etage ist unzumutbar klein! Grössere Menschen können da nicht sitzen, ohne die Knie an die Heizung gepresst zu haben.

Prime location near Brienz station. Mountain view from the rooms. Big spacious rooms with private bathroom Friendly owner.

Cons:

Pros:

- świetna lokalizacja, w centrum Brienz, położony nad samym jeziorem
- widok z okna na jezioro i góry,
- pomimo wspólnej łazienki, zarówno toaleta jak i prysznic były bardzo czyste, sprzątane codziennie,
- bardzo dobre śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie do zjedzenia

Pros:

Nice staff, rooms were clean, could not ask for a better stay especially for the price. I highly recommend it. Good views from the balcony of the sunset in september.

Pros:

I stayed 3 nights. first 2 days I left early and I could not take the breakfast. It was my choice so nothing to say here. Breakfast in the 3rd morning was OK.
The view from the room was towards the lake and one of the best I had.
Communication with the gentleman at the reception was great.
It is close to lake, coop, start of hiking routes(hardergrat) or train station.

Overall a very good accommodation.

Direkt am See, tolle Lage!
Pros:

Zimmer einfach und praktikabel. Mehr brauchte ich nicht. Zur Info: Es gibt einen Fön (ich hatte die Information gesucht gehabt ;-) ).
Direkt am Brienzersee. Man kann schwimmen gehen und dann in 20 Sekunden im Zimmer sein. Tolle Lage! Ca. 6/7 Minuten vom Bahnhof Brienz zu Fuß.
Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und man erreicht immer jemanden.

Cons:

Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8:15 Uhr, was wirklich sehr spät ist, wenn man an dem Tag wandern geht und es ist nicht vergleichbar mit größeren Hotels (keine Eierspeisen, nur ein Croissant pro Gast), aber sonst okay!

Comfy well sized rooms located right by the lake. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast did not begin until after 8 each day which was as too late for us when beginning hikes by that time each day so we were not able to enjoy this. Body wash in the bathroom could be more practical instead of small sachets

Das Frühstück war gut aber Hotel und Restaurant sind getrennt

Cons:

Das Zimmer war noch gut für mich denn ich habe einen Rollator was ich bei der Buchung mitteilte der Besitzer rief mich an und sagte ich könne das Zimmer auch von der seeseite her betreten auch da gab’s eine stufe es gab auch keinen Fernseher für 260..- pro Nacht am andern hat’s geregnet und ich musste eine steile Treppe hoch zu frühstücken was mir Panik machte das war das schlechteste Zimmer und wir reisen viel auch mussten wir schon beim ankommen bezahlen wir haben sonst immer am Ende bezahlt wenn wir konnten auch um 2 Häuser rum über die Strasse zum Frühstück ich habe Probleme wenn das Treppengeländer noch bis oben geht
