Pros:

La ubicación era excelente, frente al río, a 1 cuadra de la estación y cerca de todos los bares. El muchacho que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial, dejamos nuestro equipaje sin costo. Recomiendo muchísimo quedarse en este hotel, si bien el costo es un poco elevado nuestra estancia fue muy buena

Localização perfeita
Pros:

Localização perfeita. Olhando os preços praticados , entendo ser o melhor custo benefício de Zurique. Não tem localização melhor. Poucos passos da estação de trem onde fiz todos os deslocamentos .

Cons:

O booking precisa corrigir a informação de que há frigobar pois não há. Minha diária não incluía o café e sugiro aos que vierem reservas que não inclua o café pois é fraco demais . Quando a gente sai do elevador , já se depara com os itens no balcão . Não compensa .

L'hôtel est très bien insonorisé, très calme.

Kein Fernsehen ( die Löcher von der Fernseher Halterung an der Wand waren nicht zu übersehen.Sehr altes Mobiliar.Bis heute habe ich keine Rechnung vom Zimmer erhalten ( es wurde versprochen per Mail zu versenden).Das Zimmer war als: ,, de Luxe ‚, deklariert.

Localização mais que perfeita
Pros:

Ainda estou hospedado aqui neste momento pois fiz 3 reservas separadas . O hotel tem uma localização espetacular, inclusive um funicular que sobe a um ponto mais alto no centro de Zurique é exatamente ao lado do hotel. Pertissimo da estação central e dos principais pontos. Uma curiosidade é que o hotel funciona como bar também na recepção . Ou seja, a recepção do hotel tb funciona como um bar . Mas volto a falar, a localização é nota 10. Atrás do hotel tem tipo uma ruela com lojas e bares numa grande extensão

Cons:

Como em todos os hotéis que fiquei na Suíça , não tem frigobar. Esse seria um item importantíssimo no país pois a turistada acaba indo ao COOP e poder aguardar as saladas e alimentos frios ajudaria e muito.

Disappointing

Excellent location

Cons:

There are AC units in the rooms but the hotel has an entirely counterintuitive policy of not issuing guests with remotes to operate them until a set date later in the summer. Such a policy is not fit for purpose, especially in the recent May heat-wave. The rooms were so hot, and the situation couldn’t be helped by opening the windows as the bar noise outside was so loud and went on until the early hours. We were also taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the reception staff- who are really just bar staff with no interest in the hotel side of the operation.

Did not make a good experience for my visit in Zurich!
Pros:

Proximity and within old town

Cons:

Management , with the hot weather , did not want to turn on air conditioner , even when we complained , you can have heat stroke . Also, they had loud music until 1am , they knew it was going to inconvenience their guests but they continue their bar service . Too loud that no one can sleep with that noise. The beds had dust mites too , I got red rashes after my stay. I do not recommend this property.

В общем отель конечно немного старенький, но персонал делает максимум возможностей чтобы держать его в чистоте и качестве обслуживания.
Отдельно хочу выделить девушек на Баре которые работают (Особенно Карина) хороший бармен каждый вечер не было нужны идти в другие рестораны оставался в своем отеле. Девушка очень внимательная ко всем посетителям хотя и также работает параллельно на ресепшен.так что вернусь к вам опять.
