A small clean conveniently located hotel with friendly staff

Small TV on a corner shelf not very visible. It needs a bigger wall mounted TV. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, it would be nice have that facility provided.

Great location but not best overall experience
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in front of train station and lake. Very good to walk around. The gentleman at check in was very nice. Bedding is very comfortable

Cons:

The place is quite noisy (you can hear the train, the street and your neighbors), the rooms are outdated (painting needs refresh, smell and room lacking some care), room has no amenities (no coffee/tea machine, no water, no mini fridge). Was given room on 4th floor and was told later at night when I tried to switch on that TV on 4th floor are not working. I asked to change room and wasn’t possible. WiFi on 4th floor is weak / not working, I had to go to the bar each time to get WiFi. Yes you need to walk through the bar to get to the hotel, the lobby is the bar.

Very very expensive for what you get, paying for location is all. Staff great and nice wee bar/cafe downstairs.
Pros:

A great location close to old town and train station. Perfect for our 1 night stay before a flight out.

Cons:

The room we had had no working tv, no light bulb in the bedside light and a chandelier that just flickered. Lighting was very poor.

Eu não tinha observado que a recepção funciona até 11 da noite
Aí vc fica com chave para abrir porta externa.
Sai cedo e não tinha recepção.
Fora isso excelente localização

Good for a quick 1 night stay, not longer
Pros:

Close to the station, food places and near the river. Clean & comfortable bed. Bar on entrance is cool

Cons:

Elevator is small, bathroom has moulds and expensive for the quality of the room. Maybe everything is just expensive in Zurich
