Tradicional.
Pros:

O hotel é mesmo muito bonito e tradicional, tem um rio mesmo junto ao hotel que dá para ver a partir do quarto.
A limpeza do quarto e casa de banho era excelente.

Cons:

Quando digo que o hotel é tradicional... é mesmo tradicional - o wifi não chegava ao quarto com facilidade, não existiam muitas tomadas de electricidade disponíveis para poder carregar o telemóvel ou outras coisas. O checkout foi bastante demorado, eram 10h e pouco e não estava ninguém na receção... tocámos a campainha e não aparecia ninguém. Tivemos de chamar o empregado que estava a servir os pequenos almoços para nos auxiliar.

Magnifique petit côté, un petit trésor caché dans le coeur de Neuchâtel
Pros:

J'adore l'endroit, je suis neuchâteloise et j'aime y revenir quand je suis en business dans le coin...Très bel hôtel, romantique , magnifique vue, petit trésor caché

Vu qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, le monsieur qui m'a accueilli aurait pu quand même proposer de monter mon bagage....

Ein altehrwürdiges schönes Hotel, das wie eine Insel in Mitten einer grossen Stadt steht
Pros:

Sowohl der Gastgeber wie das Personal waren sehr sympathisch, aufmerksam und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll und so alt das Gebäude ist, so modern war die Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und können den Ort gerne weiterempfehlen.

Nachtessen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

Das Frühstück: Käse und Fleisch äusserst minim und Qualität? Keine Früchte, nur etwas Fruchtsalat. Keine warmen Speisrn.

We want to come back!
Pros:

I liked the interior, the cleanness, the breakfast. The stuff is very nice too. We didn’t expect they will do our bed because we stayed just 2 nights, but they did. It was nice.

Cons:

The windows are easily opened by the toddlers/kids and very dangerous (the windowsills are low, easy to fall).

Beautiful mélange of old and new and nature; friendly staff; we would love to come back
Pros:

Don't be fooled by the industrial surroundings; the hotel is located in a beautiful, picturesque green oasis next to an almost primeval ravine (river Seyon) and dates back to the 16th century when it was part of an essemble of mill and adjacent crafts; at the same time, you have a few busses nearby (120, 122, 101) that will take you to the city centre or the main station further east in a couple of minutes; the building itself was modernized with class and comfort, which is also visible in its rooms and hallways as well as the breakfast area (a perfect blend of old and new); just be aware: you won't really hear the neighbourhood nor really the railway nearby but you have to be fine with the loud water (we loved it); Mr D'Souza and staff were super friendly and helpful; the restaurant should be very good (unfortunately we haven't got a chance to try it); also, for Switzerland the prices were fair; a very special place that will leave a mark, not just like any other hotel; we can only recommend it very highly indeed!

Insolite de par sa situation, la bâtisse est belle et les chambres très confortables et propres.
Pros:

Sa situation insolite au bord d’un ruisseau mais tout en étant au centre de Neuchâtel.

Cons:

Avec les fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit du ruisseau est très présent; de plus le train à proximité s’entend, alors qu’il passe très souvent, sauf la nuit heureusement.
