Sitio familiar, agradable con buena ubicación

Para lo que lo necesitábamos era agradable y suficiente, el desayuno estaba rico, la atención del señor Albeiro y señora muy queridos, la comunicación con el administrador fue muy cordial. Me ayudaron mucho porque tuve dificultad para llegar a tiempo. La ubicación es muy buena, está a 5 min del parque del café, la zona es muy tranquila para descansar. Tenía donde jugar los niños

Las zonas comunes del lugar muy bien, muy tranquilo el sector, la atención de Albeiro muy buena y diligente

Cons:

La comunicación previa pudo ser más clara respecto al estado de algunas estructuras tras el terremoto, aunque no nos alojaríamos en esa zona genera un poco de temor estar en la estructura ya que quedo bastante lastimada, repito el alojamiento queda en otra zona que no sufrio pero si es bueno aclarar eso antes.
En la habitación notamos un leve olor a humedad y pequeños rastros de insectos que sería importante revisar mediante una limpieza más profunda, también siento que podrían ser mas intensos con el tema de hacer silencio en los pasillos porque en nuestro caso ibamos con niños y teniamos que acostarnos temprano pero en el pasillo se escuchaba gente que llegaba y hablaba muy duro, me parece que debido a la proximidad de las habitaciones con el pasillo se escucha mucho al interior de las habitaciones...

El desayuno muy rico y la ubicación super cerca del parque del café que era el lugar donde me encontraba haciendo turismo

Cons:

que me quedé atrapada en el parqueadero por lo que me tocó esperar a que movieran los demás coches. También me molestó la demora en la entrega de la cena, la llevaron tan tarde a la habitación que nos habíamos quedados dormidos ya y nos tocó consumirla al día siguiente
