Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mit direkter Seelage
Pros:

Das Hotel mit 13 Zimmern liegt direkt am See. Parkmöglichkeit für 7-8 Autos ist gegeben. Wir hatten ein nettes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und direktem Seeblick. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegen eine Busstation und eine Schiffs-Anlegestelle. Von dort kann man mit dem Schiff bequem nach Thun (sehenswerte Stadt) oder Interlaken fahren.
Das Beste ist aber die Möglichkeit Abendessen und Frühstück direkt am Wasser genießen zu können.

Cons:

Leider gibt es nur einen sehr bescheidenen Strandzugang.

Très bonne situation de l'établissement
Pros:

Le personnel est formidable, souriant et serviable. Parle plusieurs langues dont un peu le français. La chambre climatisée était propre. La proximité de l'établissement à fleur du lac ainsi que de sa zone de baignade. Un parking disponible pour la clientèle.

La bonita ubicación, el trato del personal y el tamaño de la habitación, que tenía buena dotación en la cocina y un cuarto de baño muy grande.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y enfriaba poco, y la zona de aparcamiento era pequeña y de acceso complicado.

Bom custo benefício para Suíça !!
Pros:

Localização muito boa, ao lado do castelo da cidade e perto de duas praias públicas no lago. Café da manhã bom . Cama confortável.
Vista do quarto muito boa !!!

Cons:

Hotel precisado de alguma renovação. Uma aranha quase entrou na mala de minha esposa … mas era bem pequena !!!!

Top-Lage! Aber Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte hier in eine Renovation investiert werden.

Wonderful location but the room didn't meet our expectations 😢
Pros:

It's in a wonderful location right next to the pier. There is a good breakfast spread.

Cons:

The portable air conditioner was small and loud, and insufficient to keep the room cool. Our room was very warm because the afternoon sunlight heated it up, making it uncomfortable. To make matters worse, it was noisy because the window faced the street. The bathroom sink was so small that water splashed everywhere when we washed our hands, leaving the bathroom wet and dirty. The balcony was small and shabby.

BEST STAY EVER.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The VIEW WAS AMAZING from our room (couldn’t stop taking pictures). Also had a decent AC. This hotel made me fall in love with the town of Spiez. The breakfast was VERY good and had plenty of options. Beautiful space to have a nice dinner and the pizza was TO DIE FOR! I want to come back to Switzerland just to stay here!!!

This hotel was so nice and we wish to stay there again .
Pros:

The location was excellent, direct access to the BLS boat line, at the bus stop and 6 minutes to the train station. Next to the harbour. Breakfast was superb and the view was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
