Pros:

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Switzerland! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay here! The lake view from our room was breathtaking and made our experience even more special. The hotel itself was cosy, beautiful, and very well maintained, with a lovely and peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is also in a great location, just an 8min bus ride from Interlaken Ost train station, with regular bus services making it very convenient to get around. One of the best things was the complimentary bus pass provided by the hotel, which we made great use of while exploring the area. Such a thoughtful and useful addition!

Overall, a wonderful experience and a beautiful place to stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken! ❤️

Very comfortable, centrally located and super friendly/helpful staff
Pros:

Location was very good. Close to ferry terminal and by the water with waterviews from the balcony. Staff were extremely helpful

Cons:

Nothing really. We had the most pleasant stay for the 2 days we stayed

Pros:

Das modrige Einzelzimmer war mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze durchgelegen. Ich Reise beruflich sehr viel aber hier muss die Bewertung bei Booking eindeutig korrigiert werden. Vielleicht handelt es sich hier nur um das Einzelzimmer. Diese sollte so nicht mehr angeboten werden.

An attractive small hotel but an uncomfortable stay due to a noisy room.
Pros:

Friendly staff and nice location. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good.

Cons:

The sound insulation was inadequate. My room was next door to a service elevator that was noisy. Also, the next door shower was used as early as 5 am and the noise woke me up.

We had a comfortable and excellent stay in this hotel. The staffs are amazing, kind and warm and welcoming.
Pros:

The place is clean and beautiful. You can relax and rest properly because it’s quiet. The staffs are welcoming and warm. Our whole stay was fantastic If I can come back here I would book this same hotel.

Nothing everything is excellent.
