Le signore che cucinavano sono uno splendore, simpatiche allegre e cucinavano benissimo. Colazione, pranzo e cena tutto molto varia, grande scelta e tutto delizioso. Tra i pasti migliori di tutta la Colombia.
Struttura molto accogliente, piscina molto bella.
Posizione perfetta per visitare Tayrona.
Non c’era l’acqua calda, orari dei pasti poco flessibili ma sono piccolezze.

It was easy to access from the main road. The choice for breakfast and dinner was good. The staff were lovely even though we didn't speak Spanish. The wifi in our room didn't work for the first night so we couldn't even connect the tv, however it was quickly fixed after notifying the staff in the morning.
The pool was great to relax in after a day out.

Se iba la electricidad con frecuencia.
No hay agua templada o caliente en la ducha.
Lo mejor el personal, la chica que nos atendia y que llevaba las comidas y el general todos los temas del hotel era espectacular, no gana lo suficiente para todo lo que realiza. Se come estupendamente, algo a valorar.

El personal. Muy atento, simpático y rápido. Un sitio muy familiar con mucho encanto, naturaleza y tranquilidad.
Se iba la electricidad con cierta frecuencia. La tele no conectaba bien y no había agua templada o caliente.
Lo que más me gusto fue la comida que estaba muy buena, blue y la habitación
El trato del personal variaba mucho según el momento: a veces eran muy amables y otras bastante secas (por decir algo).
Entendemos que solo había dos personas cocinando para todos, pero eso no justifica recibir malas caras o contestaciones desagradables.
Tampoco nos gusto que no hubiera agua caliente en el hotel, pero imagino que es en toda la zona.

The pool is surrounded by quite rough rocks, witch are not very convenient to cross barefoot. The aircondition in the room very a little noisy.
De rust, het vriendelijke personeel, goed eten in het restaurant met schappelijke prijzen, mooie ruime kamers, lekker zwembad.
La piscine, l’emplacement, le personnel étaient incroyables. Je recommande chaudement!
