Extrem unflexibel bezüglich Kundenwünschen und fehlende Ansprechpartner Vorort. Keine Klimaanlage.
Cons:

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice nur über Email. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Verwirrender Checkin ohne Personal. Auf Kundenwünsche wird nicht eingegangen. 0% Kulanz, hier wird nur abgezockt!

Es sieht gepflegt und sauber aus. Ist zentral gelegen und kein durchsgangs Verkehr

Cons:

Die matrazen waren zu weich.
Man hat die ganze Nacht aus einem Zimmer den Fehrseher gehört.
Da standen fünf Gläser da, aber kein Getränk
Schade fand ich das es keinen Kaffeemaschine hatte.

Cons:

Er stond op de site van booking dat een ontbijt ter plaatse besteld kon worden tegen 15 euro. Dit bleek volgens personeel van het hotel 25 euro. We hadden dit vooraf moeten boeken voor de prijs van 15 euro. Ik vindt dit een niet correcte vermelding en heb booking een bericht gestuurd hoe dit op te lossen. Helaas heb ik geen bericht terug gehad.
