Pobyt był bardzo udany, Lucerna to piękne miasto a hotel bardzo wygodny
Pros:

Lokalizacja, mimo że jest położony przy ulicy, to jest blisko jeziora, z widokiem na jezioro. Do centrum jest ok 10-15 min spacerkiem, ładną promenadą, wzdłuż jeziora. Pokój bardzo wygodny (superior), hotel daje kartę na darmowe przejazdy autobusami, co było bardzo przydatne. Dobre połączenie z dworcem kolejowym (ok 15 spacer) i dobra baza wypadowa na Pilatus czy Rigi.

Aussergewöhnlich für Gäste die in einem historischen Gebäude mit viel Charme übernachten möchten.
Pros:

Schönes und angemessen grosses Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Tolle Aussicht auf die Jungfrau und das Dorf Wengen. Die mehrheitlich älteren Zimmereinrichtungen passen gut zum historischen Gesamtbild des Hotels. Moderne sanitäre Einrichtungen. Schöner Speisesaal und gemütlicher Lobbybereich. Die antiken Einrichtungen geben dem Hotel viel Charme. Der Check In war trotz gleichzeitiger Ankunft mehrer Hotelgäste speditiv und professionell.

Hotel location and facilities are great, just the racism from the staff makes us uncomfortable.
Pros:

The view of location is magnificent.

Cons:

As Asian, we experienced racism. We are waiting for our food for 1.5 hours. All the other guests that came after us finished eating but we haven’t had our food yet. We just decided to go up in our room.

Beautiful and comfortable historic hotel with a great location, excellent food and service, incredible views.
Pros:

Our room with the mountain view terrace with the view was a delight. We shared the terrace with all of the guests on our level but it was not a problem at all. The location was excellent too. Even though it meant some walking uphill (or downhill), it only took 10 minutes to get into town where there were many restaurant options. The hotel breakfasts were excellent, as were the dinners (one night a buffet). We also loved sitting out in the garden after a walk or hike. We stayed for four days and each day there was a different hike or attraction opportunity, but it was also an excellent place to just relax. Although it is an older historic hotel, it had so much character. The decor resembled art deco which gave a lovely ambiance. Beautiful bar with village view, lovely library and sitting room, beautiful dining areas. Finally, let me say that the staff were all exceptionally helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Two suggestions: 1) more outlets for charging devices (so lamps didn’t need to be unplugged; 2) rotate the music being played in the common areas - the oldies American mix became tiresome after awhile. Maybe some light instrumental or classical?
