Real Excellence
Pros:

Second time we have stayed here. What a fabulous concept. The rooms are the size of a one bed apartment and very much a design experience.
The staff are fabulous and couldn’t be more helpful.
Great breakfasts.
The main restaurant we are sure would be fabulous but the prices are eye watering, even by Swiss standards.
Love the free travel pass and used it use the buses to explore downtown Neuchatel.
Maybe try to find a way to discourage the seagulls from their very loud dawn chorus!

Hôtel exceptionnel, design et original si l’on choisit les chambres « lacustre »
Pros:

L’emplacement,le design,la qualité des prestations et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Les réservations ne sont pas très explicites quant aux choix des chambres. Seules celles sur pilotis me semblent avoir un réel intérêt. Les photos sont parfois trompeuses.

Relaxing, luxurious, pricy
Pros:

In summer it feels like in Greece without the hassle of having to fly there, but very pricy for 1000 chf per night. The house on stilts is definitely something for you, if an interesting design speaks to you.

Misschien wat eigenaardig dat de prijs die wij betaald hadden door vroeg te boeken hoger lag dan de prijs die wij zouden betaald hebben als we later geboekt hadden
ook veel last gehad van valse mails van hackers

Einfach ein Traum!

Das Hotel ist einfach wunderschön und der direkte Zugang zum See ist ein absoluter Traum. Frühstück im Zimmer lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Auch die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Vom Föhn über das Bügeleisen bis hin zur kleinen Musikbox und sogar einem Fernglas – es war an alles gedacht. Diese liebevollen Details fanden wir besonders sympathisch.

Comme à chaque séjour, nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel où nous essayons de revenir au moins une fois

L’emplacement, la qualité du service ainsi que du personnel, les attentions envers nos petits chiens.

Cons:

La carte des snacks du bar pourrait être enrichie. Des produits un peu plus qualitatifs et un choix plus varié seraient un vrai plus pour compléter l’expérience. De même, un accès au lac un peu mieux aménagé ou facilité apporterait un réel confort supplémentaire aux clients.

Cons:

aircon cools only entrance of the room, while the actual sleeping area gets only some of the cool air.
the restaraunt food is quite average while prices are high end. You're much better off having food in the center at almost half the price.
