Pros:

Excelente don Carlos atiende muy bien.

Cons:

Nos entregaron la habitación junto a la recepción. En la noche se esmeraron porque el ruido se terminará a una hora prudente, agradecemos eso.

Quiero destacar el excelente servicio al cliente del señor Augusto, fue muy cordial en nuestra estancia!! Si vas con vehículo, ozzy tiene un parqueadero súper amplio. A 10 mts está el Santorini Colombiano y cerca al hotel hay muchos restaurantes y bares. La habitación que pagamos fue sencilla y contaba con aire acondicionado, es un muy buen lugar.

Cons:

Frente a mi habitación habían niños jugando en la noche cuando fui a descansar, pero considero que no es culpa de la administración.
