Nice modern room with comfy bed and a decent bathroom. Breakfast was really good value and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. About 20 mins from the airport but everywhere else was a little long given the city's traffic. 24/7 reception was appreciated, as was a room not on the roadside.
Our room was a little close to reception and the soundproofing wasn't great. That said, it was still nice and quiet. As mentioned, the area isn't too close to some sights like La Candelaria which took over 30 mins in a taxi. Some more comforts like tea or coffee in the room would also be appreciated.

La cama es muy cómoda y grande
El baño necesita pintura y mantenimiento, el desagüe de la ducha estaba medio tapado. No cambiaron toallas en mis dos días de estancia ni hicieron aseo.

Está cerca de lugares importantes, es de fácil acceso, el personal es amable, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Es la segunda vez que me quedo acá, me gusta la atención y me siento segura!

Ubicación perfecta para estar cerca del Campín y del Movistar Arena. EL desayuno estuvo muy bueno y la atención perfecta.
En general el hotel me gustó, el único detalle que no me gustó fue que la habitación 101 que me dieron estaba al lado de un espacio que parecia ser una bodega y se escuchaba ruido al usarla para buscar cosas.
