Die Lage ist super schön. Der Blick auf den See atemberaubend.
Sehr ruhig. Sehr bequeme Betten. Super geschlafen
Location is wonderful, but room is very small, facility just ok. Food is really expensive. Staff is just neutral, can not say not good but with limited help and smile.
Not worth the money! I would not recommend and I will not stay again.
De locatie vh restaurant: onder de bomen met een mooi uitzicht.
De kamers: klein, geen airco, niet echt schoon, een heel klein kingsize-bed
The room was good, clean and new
It was hot day and there isnt ac in the room.
Nice location with a great view. Parking available.
Plain interior. Just tap water.
Nice view from balcony, clean room

The view is the best part of the hotel. The lake and scenery, though from the side, was breathtaking. It seems a very safe neighborhood. I loved staying in a room with a balcony.
I really appreciated the comfort of one of the twin beds in my room (firm), the comfort of the pillows, and softness of the sheets. The room was so quiet at night with a bit of noise in the morning, but not too much. The bathroom had a shower in a bathtub, was small but clean, and my room was cleaned every day. There was a lot of great storage, too.
Because of a flight delay, I arrived later than the normal check-in time, and I really appreciated the ability to still check in and get into my room after a very long day of travel.
The hotel is located about a 15 min walk from the older, quaint part of Zug, uphill. It's best to have a car, but I did not. I didn't mind the walking, plus there is a bus stop right across the street (note: you pay by way of an app on your phone you'll need to download).
The staff was not very welcoming or warm. I was there to visit my niece who lived nearby in Baar, so I was grateful I wasn't completely alone.
The room could use a fan, a refrigerator, and a way to make coffee or tea. I needed to leave the windows and door open all night to keep my room cool (I was there at the beginning of June).
It would be great to have USB outlets near the bed, too.
