We didn’t stay as I have just explained

The property looked good with a stunning view

Cons:

We didn’t actually stay there when we arrived the hotel had cancelled the wrong date!!!
And they were fully booked so there wasn’t a room available for us.
Hence our odd review.
We assumed the hotel would have informed you regarding this??
The hotel found us alternative accommodation the gentleman on reception was very helpful and apologetic.
It rather spoilt the start of our holiday and a long drive to that hotel we wasn’t even offered a complimentary drink while we were waiting for them to confirm alternative accommodation.
We were under the impression that they would pick up the cost as it was there mistake but we paid at the alternative accommodation.
I feel we should be refunded for the inconvenience.

Würde ich wiederkommen? Wahrscheinlich nicht.
Pros:

Lage - einfach zu finden, kostenfreie Parkplätze, ruhige Lage,
Zimmer - nicht zu klein, ruhig, gratis Flasche Wasser, gute Schlafqualität
Bad - warmes Wasser kam gleich
WLAN - hat gut funktioniert
Frühstück - nicht zu spät

Cons:

Lage - doch relativ weit weg vom See und der Altstadt
Zimmer - sieht schon ziemlich outdated aus
Frühstück - war OK, aber hat auch nicht begeistert
Bad - relativ klein, die Dusche spritzte in alle Richtungen
das PW zum WLAN konnte ich im Zimmer nicht finden

I would book this hotel again
Pros:

Loved the location, a bit outside but easy access to bus and 5 Min ride to the old town.
Nice vie from the room. Clean

Cons:

nothing to complain but if I had a wish free, I would ask for a minibar fridge to store some bits and bobs of groceries purchesed for hiking pick nicks.

La chambre était spacieuse et calme, avec balcon et vue sur le lac. L'accueil était aimable et l'enregistrement aisé et facile. L'accès depuis le centre ville se fait facilement en bus.
