Pros:

Friendly atmosphere, fridge in room, coffee on tap, bed spacious and comfortable, very close to central station. Staff great.

Cons:

It's a bit hot in room. But it's been a very hot summer in Switzerland. They let us know when booking, no a/c in room. Overall very happy with hotel.

Excellent emplacement mais avec la forte chaleur sans climatisation, sommeil quasi impossible !

J'ai aimé le personnel : très à l'écoute et bienveillant.

Cons:

La forte odeur de cuisine dès l'entrée de l'immeuble.
La chaleur était intense dans les chambres avec des ventilateurs non fonctionnels : changés 2 fois de suite.
Le flexible de la baignoire était défectueux, j'ai demandé à ce qu'il soit changé.
Je n'ai pas aimé les ameublements dans la chambres.
Il manque de prises électriques dans les chambres.

just about met our needs for one night but bedroom far too warm

Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was smooth,

Cons:

Room far too hot despite having 2 fans. Having no aircon during a Swiss summer is very poor in this day and age.

2 nuits. C'est suffisant.
Pros:

Le lit était parfait. La salle de bains simple, mais il y avait le savon et un seche cheveux. La proximité de la gare et des bus.

Cons:

Qu'on soit a Genève et que les 2 premiers jours, personne ne parlait le français. C'est un comble. Trop de bruit , mais là, c'est difficile de faire autrement vu la situation de l'hôtel. L'appareil pour rafraîchir la chambre fait un bruit infernal. Sans ohropax, impossible de dormir.
