Ruhiges Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

- Eigentlich ein schönes und ruhiges Hotel ausserhalb des Zentrums, das aber zu Fuss gut und sicher zu erreichen ist.
- Ein schönes und grosses Schwimmbad, in dem man gut Längen schwimmen kann.
- Das Personal gab sich zwar Mühe, aber konnte die negativen Punkte nicht wett machen.

Cons:

- Es war keine Bezahlung per Kreditkarte möglich, nur per Überweisung (sie verlangten auch die Hälfte als Anzahlung zur Reservierung, was ich nicht getan habe) oder Cash. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie kann man erwarten, dass eine Bezahlung per Kreditkarte möglich ist.
- Kleine Zimmer (14m2), die zumindest eine Auffrischung notwendig hätten(z.B. Duschtüre fehlte).
- Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, trotzdem wurde die Betten während zwei Tagen nicht gemacht.
- Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis eher basic.
Wir können dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Für diesen Preis gibt es in Santa Fe wohl bessere Alternativen.

El área de piscina en excelente estado. La comida es muy rica y el personal súper amable!

Cons:

Considero que hay cosas que deben aparecer en la descripción del hotel, como que no se tiene personal presente en las noches y que la caminata del parque al hotel no es muy recomendada para el adulto mayor, por lo empinada. A las habitaciones que no son nuevas, les hace falta mantenimiento, persianas dañadas, vidrieras averiadas o puertas que se atrancan al cerrar. Tampoco se dispone de closet o televisión por cable, importante mencionarlo antes de que el huésped tome el servicio. Adicionalmente, a los televisores no le funcionan bien los controles o hacen falta controles. Sería también bueno contar con mejor iluminación el la alcoba y una basurera que no sea la del baño.
