Pros:

Very good location, staff very good,reception workers very nice and pleasant

Cons:

The hotel was full of dust, it seemed like no one had cleaned it for a month, even the small plates for coffee were covered in dust, the breakfast was very poor, I asked for a soft-boiled egg and I got an almost raw one, it was impossible to eat, the coffee was delicious, thank you for that too, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful

Stunning!!
Pros:

Loved this hotel stay! We got an upgrade and the room had a gorgeous view with a little balcony, very clean and yummy breakfast. Super location too, v close to train station.

Cons:

Only thing was the air con wasn’t working but it was still fine!

Very good breakfast

Cons:

The room's fridge is non-functional — it does not cool at all — and when we raised this with staff, we were simply told there was nothing to be done. Additionally, upon check-in we were asked to read and sign a list of hotel rules that included, among other things, instructions to keep the shower curtain closed to prevent water from reaching the floor. As frequent travelers, we have never encountered anything like this at any property. For a four-star hotel, both experiences fall well short of expectations.

Very good, but not worth the money
Pros:

Great location in town. 4 min to the train station, 3 min to the funicular and 8 min from old town. It was a very nice stay. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I would not swim in the pool and the sauna needs one hour notice to use. The towels are small and thin. For the price they charge, I’m expecting a higher class of towels for sure. There is only one luggage stand. Our second piece of luggage had to used from the floor. Again, for what they charge, I’m thinking most folks have a his and hers luggage, so where does the second piece go?

Great value and great hotel.
Pros:

Walking distance from main train station Interlaken Ost and you can also walk to all main touristic destination. Easy access to a train to Grindelwald. Bar staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! Definitely recommended if you are visiting.
