Dias maravilhosos nesta cidade linda, neste hotel com decoração com peças belíssimas antigas.

Pros:

The location was excellent; Interlaken is a good location for access to the Swiss Alp's, the staff were very helpfully, whilst the room was nice it just wasn't worth the money charged,... the balcony shutters controlling access to the balcony, air flow and noisy constantly wouldn't go up or down, only sometimes, the staff warned us that this can happen,.. so, change the switches!
Also, our Coffee machine didn't work, overall, a nice Hotel requiring maintenance and very expensive

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und hatten eine tolle Sicht auf die Alpen. Der Service war super. Das Personal war sehr nett, insbesondere die portugiesischen Kellner. Der kleine Außenbereich mit Naturpool war super für eine Abkühlung.

Cons:

Die Bettdecken waren viel zu warm. Auf Nachfrage wurden die sofort ausgetauscht.

Excellent staff, food and rooms. Convenient for station. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location
Pros:

We chose this hotel as it was only a 5 min walk from the Interlaken Ost station and was near a large supermarket. It is also directly opposite the Harder Kulm funicular railwat station as well as within easy walking distance to the main city area. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a room upgrade by the friendly reception staff and the top floor room was HUGE, with its own sitting and TV area with a skylight to brighten the room. There are a lot of superlatives about the room but in a nutshell, it was bright and airy, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also big with a strong shower. Breakfast was included in our package and the spread was varied and substantial. The dining room staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Seth and Pedro. We also had dinner in the hotel and the prices were very reasonable and the food helping tasty and substantial. It is definitely a hotel we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
