Le petit-déjeuner est servi en chambre à l'heure désirée. Super.
Les hôtes sont adorables. Ils font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour nous faciliter la vie.

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Room was comfy and had all necessary amenities.The hotel offers breathtaking views of the matterhorn with complimentary pool and jacuzzi facilities.
Breakfast was delicious and served in the garden
Excellent location within walking distance to the main town and the cable car for the glacier paradise is just in front of the hotel ..
Amazing staff,specially Marina who was very helpful!

Très agréable, accueil chaleureux, établissement propre, literie, linge de maison impeccables.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner commandé en ligne le soir pour le lendemain, grand choix de produits, présentation impeccable amenée en chambre à l'heure souhaitée, génial. Toute la famille est très accueillante et disponible, contact en français. Nous avons trouvé la préparation des chambres et les petites attentions sur les lits vraiment très sympathiques.

Cons:

Ampoules du meuble de cuisine/évier défectueuses. L'éclairage du miroir de salle de bain n'est pas très agréable, trop blanc et direct.

A little gem in Zermatt
Pros:

Great location at the end of town (much less crowded) with fantastic, unobstructed views of the Matterhorn on the beautiful hotel back patio. Staff was great and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. If you can, get a room facing the Matterhorn!

Nice stay with excellent view
Pros:

Very good location. Hotel stuff was very warm, and friendly. Liked the breakfast, pool. And ofcourse the view!!!

Cons:

Only bad thing was that outdoor pool didnt open until 3.30 pm. Because the weather was very nice and would like to use it more and earlyer.

We came for the view and it did not disappoint. We we woke up to and closed our eyes to a view of the Matterhorn from our bed! Not to mention the one from the living area and balcony. Absolutely fantastic!

Cons:

This was a very expensive stay for us, but it was a unique experience to justify it.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Seilbahn hat einen hübschen Matterhornblick und ist guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das quirlige Zentrum erreicht man schnell in 1ü bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
