Excelente localização, próximo da estação Ferroviária Zurique HB e das paragens de transportes púbicos, o que facilitou a nossa locomoção. Zona com muitos restaurantes. Pequeno almoço bom. Staff do hotel muito simpático e atencioso. Hotel muito fresco e limpo.

The location is fantastic. Close to the station and near all the river.restaurants .
The room we had was small and no extras.

The personnel was overall very polite especially Ms. Britta (a tall blonde lady on the weekends), except of Ms. Lagrac (I think that's her name, she's a dark skin lady) who did our check in and she was Very rude because we arrived at 8 pm (our bus had a half an hour delay from France) and she had to leave. From this moment our disappointment began.
Very very bad soundproofing. We were given a room next to the elevator, 601, and even though when I made the reservation, almost one year ago, I particularly asked for a quiet room, this room was also facing the street with Heavy noise (earplugs were offered so they acknowledge how noisy it is). I asked if this is the only large room and they told me there is another one on this floor on the quiet side so I realized that the room upgrade we got from Booking.com was a disadvantage for us.
The breakfast was very poor, no cold cuts, sausages or omelettes as it was a vegetarian breakfast which unfortunately we hadn't realized. They only had boiled eggs, two cheeses and some spreads. Coffee was good.
The cleaning was also poor and our bed looked unmade even after the cleaning lady tidied it up (there is a photo). The sheet had a hole as you can see in the picture. I wonder how come the cleaning lady didn't notice it when she was making the bed before the room was delivered to us. The bathroom bin was rusty (another photo).
The corridors and the breakfast room looked like being a part of a hostel rather than a 2 stars hotel.
We have stayed in 2 stars hotels in the past but there were, at least, in the room a TV, a kettle or sometime a mini fridge. The latter two were in the reception for everyone, like in hostels. And this hotel is newly renovated as their advertisement. Very disappointed!!!
Lage war super. Personal war freundlich. Gratis Wasser, Tee und Kaffee während dem ganzen Tag.

O hotel fica bem próximo ao terminal de trens e facilita a chegada à pé e também para o deslocamento pela cidade. A equipe foi prestativa e atenciosa.
O café da manhã é vegetariano com pouca variedade. Apesar de oferecer ovos cozidos, queijo e iogurte, achei o pequeno almoço muito leve.
Muito bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã era ótimo. Água, café e chá sempre disponíveis na recepção. Além disso pudemos usar o refeitório para fazer nossas refeições. Facilidade de check in pois chegamos após a meia noite.
O colchão era macio demais, ou já estava muito usado. Os quartos virados para a rua são bem barulhentos. Não tem televisão.
