Tanto el lugar, como la ubicación están excelentes.
Lo que más destaco es la muy buena atención de su personal, especialmente Stefany quien nos atendió durante nuestra estadía lo hizo de una manera muy cordial y servicial. Totalmente recomendable para estar en Santa Marta

Cuando llegue me recibieron dos señoras muy amables y me atendieron. Subí a la terraza del hotel súper chévere para esperar la entrega de la habitacion. Llego el momento de la entrega de la habitacion excelente, todo muy bien.
Tranquilidad de la zona, personal muy amable y servicial.
Habitaciones modernas y muy cómodas (con agua caliente). La zona no está en la zona de bares (lo cual agradecí por el ruido de esa zona en cuestión); mucho tranquilidad y poco ruido en el hotel.

Disponen de ventilador de techo y también de aire acondicionado.
Mi habitación en cuestión, tenía cocina.
Cristina, Leonor y Stefani encantadoras y con ganas de ayudar; son muy cercanas y se preocupan por hacer tu estancia más cómoda.
Del alojamiento nada que decir; lo único es de la ciudad; que a partir de las 7 de la tarde hay poca gente por la calle y las calles no están bien iluminadas; pero no sentí miedo en ningún momento.

Awesome staff, super friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The room was small but large enough for a solo traveler like myself. The TV with Netflix was great for a chilled day after exploring Tayrona park.
