Pros:

Stunning location - the views were exceptional.
Staff very friendly.
Room was perfect for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 & 9)
Great breakfast.

Tökéletes helyen található a hotel, pazar kilátással mind a szobából a Pilátus-hegyre, mind az étterem teraszáról a tóra, a yaht-kikötőre és a városkára. Könnyű, ingyenes parkolás. Finom ételek, udvarias, mosolygós személyzet. Lift. Tiszta szoba és fürdőszoba. Kényelmes ágy. (A párnákat otthonról magunkkal hozzuk.) Jó reggeli.

Cons:

Finom volt a reggeli, csak egy kis zöldség hiányzott. A drágább szállások közé sorolnám.

Bien que j’ai réservé une chambre climatisée nous avons eu une chambre sans air conditionné

The view 🥰

Cons:

We had a family room with two beds. The other bed was in sort of an attic with steep stairs. We didn’t use it as wasn’t practical for neither of us- with a small child nor grandma.

Pros:

Fantastic location and lake view from private balcony.
Tea/coffee making facilities available on 3rd floor which was great.
Restaurant on site.
Easy train ride into Lucerne.

Cons:

Good food in restaurant although the wine was very pricey... £60 per bottle!

Si je reviens dans la région, assurément je retournerai dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Très jolie chambre rénovée et aménagée avec goût et cachet, le calme et la vue panoramique depuis les restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et le service excellent.

Cons:

La télévision accrochée au mur un peu trop haut pour moi.

Wow, what a view.
Pros:

Wow what a view, loved this location. Food was excellent, service was great, staff were good and kind. There was a local free bus service that runs every hour, we bought the bus on the left side as you walk out of the restaurant. We were told to go to opposite side but we waited, so we went walk about and on the way back from the Hergiswil station we caught the bus at 5 mins past the hour and he dropped us in 3 mins to the Roggerli bus stop and we walked 5 -6 mins to get back to the hotel. Do not walk with luggage to the hotel, it is killing. Lucern was 13 mins by train. I am happy I stayed here instead of Lucern.

Cons:

It is much easier if you have a car but ok if you don’t mind walking a bit.

조용한 호텔
Pros:

비교적 조용하고 한적한 산 중턱 마을에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔 주변은 조용한 부촌(?) 느낌이고요. 아래 호숫가까지 걸어서 산책할 만 합니다. 아울러 뒷 산으로 하이킹도 갈 만 합니다. 동네가 워낙 조용해서, 편안하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 봄에 호수, 산, 들판 보면서 쉴 수 있는 조용한 호텔입니다.

Cons:

호텔 주변은 조용한 주택가이고요. 마을 자체가 신축 아파트 위주라 깨끗하긴 하지만, 마트가 가까이 없습니다. 체크인은 3시인데, 2시 정도 도착해도 체크인이 불가하였습니다. 약속은 약속이니까 이해합니다.
