Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay
Pros:

Super Blick auf Vierwaldstätter See und Pilatus. Frühstück umfangreich und lecker. Betten bequem mit riesigen Kissen. Schönes Bad.

Cons:

Zimmer war vollgestellt mit Doppelbett, Klimagerät und riesigem Schlafsofa. Keine Haken für Jacken. Alter Schrank mit wenig Ablagen. Man musste Koffer und Sachen immer auf dem Sofa ablegen und hatte kaum Platz zum bewegen. Für eine Woche einfach nervig.

Prachtig hotel
Pros:

Prachtig hotel op een geweldige locatie. Ook het restaurant is top! We hadden de familiekamer, de vliering is voor de kinderen niet heel ruim maar het is te doen. Voor de rest was alles top! Het is niet goedkoop maar dat is Zwitserland en geen Italie.

Cons:

Hluk pod okny (po ukončení restaurace/ráno před snídaní), slabší osvětlení jedné koupelny, snídaňová nabídka beze změny (navíc chyběla naprosto zelenina).

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in phantastischer Umgebung
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine phantastische Lage mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Vierwaldstätter See, vom sehr sauberen Zimmer aus erblickten wir den beeindruckenden Hausberg "Pilatus" mit seinen 2130 Metern. Von oben hat man einen atemberaubenden und sehr weiten Blick auf andere Alpengipfel. Die Autofahrt nach dem nahen Alpnachstad, wo es dann mit der Zahnradbahn steil nach oben geht, lohnt sich trotz des doch hohen Preises.
Das Frühstück war mit besagtem Blick auf den See sehr gut mit bester Auswahl. Man mochte gar nicht mehr vom Tisch aufstehen. Ein zunächst abenteuerlicher Fußweg führt hinunter zum See mit der berühmten Glasbläserei. Der Zug vom etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernten Bahnhof brachte uns rasch nach Luzern. Die nicht zentrale Lage des Hotels hat große Vorteile, weil man des Nachts wirklich gut schlafen kann. Sehr schön, daß man stets die Möglichkeit hatte, mit Kaffee, Tee oder einfach nur heißes oder kaltes Wasser sich den Durst kostenfrei zu löschen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das gab es nichts, was beanstandet werden könnte. Wir kommen auch gerne wieder.

Pros:

L'emplacement au calme, la vue depuis le restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé (et très bien été servis), le petit-déjeuner bien complet, la belle salle-de-bains ainsi que la chambre confortable et bien équipée.
On se réjouit de revenir !

Cons:

C'est un vieux bâtiment donc mal insonorisé et isolé, mais nous nous y attendions.
Les coussins sont énormes et peu confortables.
Attention, il faut y accéder en bus (arrêt Althuserbrücke) si on n'a pas de voiture car la montée est rude. La descente, facile.

Hotel mit tollem Ausblick und super Restaurant.
Pros:

Die Aussicht auf den See war sehr schön und auch das Frühstück ausgesprochen lecker.

Cons:

Kleines Manko, die Kinder hatten ihr Bett auf dem höhergelegenen Dachboden. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage die wir auch nutzten, aber für die Kinder reichte es nicht zum abkühlen da sich die Hitze unter der Decke gestaut hat.

Très bon établissement avec belle vue
Pros:

Vue magnifique, très grand lit, climatisation, personnel attentionné.

Cons:

Chambre familiale avec une mezzanine où il fait trop chaud malgré la climatisation et l accès se fait par un escalier escamotable.
