An excellent hotel with great views over the lake and excellent food.
Pros:

We love this hotel , but only in the lake view rooms. It’s position in ouchy is great and we always try and stay here

Cons:

It was very hot and could do with air conditioning. However room was supplied with two fans which helped.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, deux fenêtres permettant de faire un peu de courant d’air, une multiprise près du lit très appréciable, hôtel au bord du lac où on peut se baigner, proche de la station de métro pour aller dans le centre et proche d’une supérette

Cons:

Si l’hôtel disposait d’un parking ou qu’il y aurait des réductions sur le parking à côté ce serait top. Un mini frigo aussi serait le bienvenu par cette chaleur

We love this place and always try to stay there in a lake view room. Excellent staff and lovely breakfast.

Die Lage direkt am See war erste Klasse!

Cons:

Bei 30 Grad Hitze ist es schon hart, keine Klimaanlage zu haben - trotz Ventilator. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre super gewesen.
Das Frühstück hat uns nicht zufrieden gestellt. 3 Blatt Billigwurst bzw. 3 Blatt Käse auf einem Teller, mit Frischhaltefolie verpackt. Wir hätten lieber selbst entschieden, welche Sorte wir möchten.

Zentral und mitten in Ouchy
Pros:

Das Hotel mit seiner hübschen Terrasse liegt mitten in Ouchy, mehr oder weniger direkt am See. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine kleine Badeanstalt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Strassenseitig kann es etwas laut werden.

Cons:

Die Lage in Ouchy ist zwar toll, obschon Ouchy übertouristisch ist und ohne Reservierung in den wenigen Restaurants gar nichts geht an einem Wochenende in der warmen Jahreszeit...n.B. unser Fehler.

Great location and good value but give up some comfort.
Pros:

Fabulous location across street from Lake Geneva. Many restaurants etc nearby as well as buses and metro.

Cons:

Rooms are clean but tired with low lighting and lack of electrical outlets. Staff is ho-hum.

Lovely location and restaurant food. Service could be improved.
Pros:

It is a fantastic location opposite the lake and the rooms are comfortable. The food in the restaurant in the evening is excellent.

Cons:

I have stayed in this hotel before but was disappointed this time by the attitude of some of the serving staff. They were not very welcoming and the service wasn’t great for breakfast on 2 of the days. I also found the management quite dismissive and not pleasant to deal with.
