Pros:

Die wunderbare Auberge in der Nähe von Le Locle, einsam am Waldrand gelegen, mit viel Ruhe und schöner Umgebung. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Zimmer sind einfach, aber liebevoll ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Der Höhepunkt und eine grosse Überraschung war aber das Restaurant: es wird auf sehr hohem Niveau gekocht, alles war wunderbar zubereitet und gemessen an der Qualität nicht überteuert. Manches Sternerestaurant könnte sich ein Beispiel nehmen!

Tolle Unterkuft in schöner Umgebung und super Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Sehr herzige und toll geführte Unterkunft. Das Restaurant/Bistrot ist sensationell und alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmässig und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse etwas unbequem, aber das ist ja individuell ;)
Die Gegend ist wunderschön und die Unterkundt eignet sich super für mit dem Velo.

Un séjour gastronomique près du Saut du Doubs
Pros:

Nous avons dégusté un délicieux repas gastronomique avec des produits locaux et de saison (asperge des bois, mousseron de la Saint-Georges, etc.).
Tout était parfait du début à la fin et nous nous sommes régalés!
Service impeccable avec conseil sur les vins.
Excellent petit déjeuner, avec du pain maison et des produits bios.
Nous reviendrons...

Un bol d'air frais, une nuit confortable et un repas succulent. MERCI ! On reviendra !

L'emplacement, l'accueil, l'excellente cuisine qui magnifie les produits et herbes du terroir, le confort de la chambre. C'est une excellente adresse proche de notre lieu d'habitation qui nous a dépaysé, le temps d'un week.end. Merci pour tout !

Cons:

rien ou presque rien. Il y a eu un moment d'attente entre deux plats, mais tout de même acceptable, car il y avait beaucoup de tables servir. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de repartir comblé par ce repas gastronomique.

Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel, familiärer Betrieb. Sauber und freundlich. Parkplatz gleich vor dem Hotel. Infrastruktur und Sauberkeit gut. Ruhig gelegen. Dusche Bad toll. Alles vorhanden. Auch 1 Wasser.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl haben. Gebäude sehr hellhörig.
