Great budget location.
Pros:

The grounds and pool were lovely. There is a nice view of the volcano. Everything was super clean. We could walk everywhere. The sister property thermal hot springs were amazing. There are great rocking chairs outside of the rooms. The fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were dated although very clean. The eggs at breakfast were quite runny, but on our last day we saw someone order an egg from the kitchen. We didn’t know you could do that.

Pros:

Rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. A great example of their honesty and service: my son accidentally left his watch in the room, after we checked out and were on the way to SJ, a staff member contacted us and arranged to mail it to us. Gestures like this truly deserve recognition.

Cons:

Room size was more compact than expected.

Fue una gran sorpresa! Superó todas nuestras expectativas!
Pros:

Todo! La atención es de primera, el desayuno super bien! La ubicación inmejorable. Nuestra experiencia en las termas del lodge fue estupenda! El asesoramiento de los recepcionistas hizo la diferencia en cómo disfrutamos nuestra estadía!Volveríamos sin dudar y recomiendo este hotel!

Lo que me gustó es que tienes pase gratis al volcano lodge termas,que es por lo que lo elegi.El.personal amable y la ubicación.Por mucho menos precio tienes opciones mucho más baratas y mejores en la Fortuna.
