השירות של הקבלה ומנהלת קשרי לקוחות הייתה טובה מאוד, האוכל מגוון ונקי, היו גם מנות ממש טעימות.
מסעדה איטלקית טובה מאוד.
פינקו אותנו בעוגה ליום הולדת של הבת וכל יום שמו פינוק בחדר. שוקולדים, שמפנייה, ....
כבר בבוקר כשהגענו הכניסו אותנו לארוחת בוקר, ונתנו לנו חדר זמני להחליף בגדים וללכת לבריכה.
ממש חמודים

Cons:

החדרים בקומת המרתף ריח של עובש נוראי, וכוסות מפלסטיק שממחזרים, ניראים ישנים מאוד ולא כיף לשתות מהם

У этого отеля наверно самый лучший кусочек пляжа. Питание на твердую четверку. Есть развлечения, есть два бассейна внутренний и внешний.

מקום מקסים, בריכה בטמפ' מושלמת ונעימה, צוות מדהים עם תודעת שירות הכי גבוהה שפגשתי אי פעם, כל הזמן בדקו שהכל בסדר, אתנה מהקשרי לקוחות כל יום בדקה מה איתנו וכל דבר שאמרנו או ביקשנו עשתה את המקסימום ובכלל כל צוות הקבלה עזרו בכל דבר, האלכוהול איכותי, יש הרבה מבחר באוכל כולם מצאו מה לאכול, מבחר רחב של פירות טעימים בכל הארוחות , וגם כל הזמן ממלאים את השתיה בחדר ודואגים שלא יחסר כלום. מרחק הליכה של 15 דקות לפארק מים של פאפוס ויש מול המלון סופר מרקט וגלידריה, מסעדות ובארים.

חדר כושר קטן מאוד ומיושן, וכך גם כמה חלקים במלון שלא שופצו, למרות שהכל מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה ונקי וחושבים על הכל שיהיה נוח!

הייתה לנו תקלה בחדר ומיד החליפה לנו חדר ודאגה לנו לפינוקים כל היום.
השירות במלון ואוווו!!
הצוות כולם ממש מקסימים וחייכנים.

ביקשנו מיטה אחת וקיבלנו שתי מיטות נפרדות שחיברו אותם
מה שהיה פחות נוח.
האוכל לא היה טעים ולא הייתה כל כך בחירה אבל כשביקשנו משהו נענו בחיוב תמיד.

Pros:

A wonderful and cozy hotel with very clean rooms, delicious and varied food, and a great pool. The hotel is located on a wonderful, well-maintained, and long promenade. The attentive staff makes the hotel very welcoming, especially the ladies from Guest Relations, Athena and Joanna (hope the names are correct ;)).

Cons:

The seashore is rocky. It's hard to find a safe place to enter the water. But there's nothing you can do about it. That's nature. Bring water shoes.

Totally relaxing stay.
Pros:

Staff were amazing from the moment I arrived to the departure.
Great location for the beach and quick taxi ride from the airport.
Superb food with a good choice for everyone.
Good water sports straight off the beach.
Fantastic spar to get treatments and a sauna.

Cons:

Unable to fault anything on the 4 night stay.

Very nice hotel , value for money with a question mark
Pros:

The staff and the animator team were fantastic. All of them were very lovely and friendly, making the experience very nice. The breakfast was fantastic, dinner and lunch were good as well. The animators were also great. The beds were comfortable to sleep in

Cons:

From the photos of the hotel, the swimming pool looked bigger; the rooms, though they were very clean, looked old. For the money we spent, we were expecting something a bit better. Other than that, everything was lovely

Very pleasant break and helped to truly unwind and rest
Pros:

Customer service was excellent. Particularly Ms Athina and Ms Miroula at reception. Rooms were cosy and comfortable
