Great location but breakfast time was a challenge

Breakfast... dishes, cutlery and breakfast items were running out and we had to constantly ask for them to be refilled. The attendants needed to be more attentive.

Cons:

Havia muito cheiro de esgoto no quarto 314 a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. A cama estava com lençóis brancos e limpos as toalhas também. O café da manhã com pães, frutas, yogurt, queijos deixou a desejar na apresentação dos alimentos. Alguns funcionários atenciosos outros nem tanto. O quarto e grande tipo apart_hotel com.mini cozinha e sala separados.

Heel fijn hotel voor paar dagen als je de stad wilt verkennen!
Pros:

Ontbijt is basic maar prima voor paar dagen, wel heel weinig plek dat je moest wachten om te kunnen zitten. De ligging van het hotel is super! Kamer met balkon aan het plein tijdens WK was geweldig, muziek en gezelligheid van alle kanten. Personeel heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

Cons:

Werkend koffie/thee apparaat is wel handig als er koffie en thee ligt, onze kamer had helemaal geen apparaat. Niet nodig gehad, maar toch beetje gek. De kamer stonk wel heel erg vanuit de doucheput, maar handdoek erop en verder geen last van.

No pude elegir mejor con relación a precio - calidad y ubicación

Nos encantó la ubicación. Reservamos 4 habitaciones. Hubo algunas cosas extrañas como que la cafetera no tiene tomas para conectarla cerca o le hacía falta el vaso a un modelo convencional, reportamos y el vaso nunca llegó. Eso si, reponían la crema, el café, etc, diariamente. Tiene máquina de hielo y hileras en las habitaciones.También el personal en general es un poco serio, creo que es cultural, pero, por lo demás excelente. Incluso tuvieron detalles chéveres como darnos dos mejores habitaciones mucho más cómodas que las reservadas. El ruido no es problema porque todo se calma a las 11 pm. Acerca del desayuno, pues, solo varían un producto de todos los disponibles pero, creo que es razonable considerando precio y calidad. De hecho los huevitos cocidos no los había tenido en ningún otro hotel con desayuno continental (excelente detalle). Un día hubo atún, otro jamón, otro queso crema. Íbamos a varias horas y siempre había reposición de cada producto. Eso varió lo demás es estándar: fruta, panes, mermeladas, cereal, queso, leche, café o jugo. No sentí olores desagradables en esa zona y los únicos insectos que ví fueron hormigas. Saludo especial a Sunny del buffet. Linda persona.

Cons:

No encontrar dónde conectar la cafetera y no recibir el vaso de la misma. Pero amé su detalle de darnos dos habitaciones mas cómoda de lo necesario.
