Very clean!! The bedroom was super super good!
Location was great, breakfast very good spacious rooms. Staff is very friendly.
Excellent location within easy walking distance around the old town, the port(s) and marina, Molos promenade, main shopping street, and slightly longer walk (or bike hire) to beaches near the zoo and tourist area around Akti. The hotel is located in the old town, which was convenient for cafes and restaurants in the area and marina, but a room facing the road can be a bit noisy. I had breakfast in the hotel which I thought was fine, a selection of hot and cold dishes from a buffet, and there is a good small coffee shop right outside the entrance if you fancy a change. I did not eat brunch/lunch or dinner since there was so much choice in the old town and marina (even a nightclub not far away). All the staff were welcoming and polite and I felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The room I had was large, good a/c, well lit, large comfortable double bed, interesting and adequate bathroom (slightly see through partitions), a nespresso machine, well equipped with linen, and the wifi was good enough for casual use. I would stay here again.
My room overlooking the street was a bit noisy at times, but I didn't ask to move since I feel it adds to the ambience when on a holiday break. The room cleaning service did not always top up daily condiments that I was using, such as tea and water bottles, and the extra towels (for two people) which I made use of were not replenished. Although the location is great, it is some distance from the airport express stop, but there is a bus service to it just around the corner.

decent breakfast, not exceptional but ideal for what I needed. The seating location was fine and the staff very helpful
the wifi was patchy, which considering I was there for work was a bit frustrating at times.

Hotel was lovely
I didn’t have a mirror in my room 116 to blow dry my hair and there wasn’t anywhere to plug in my hairdryer by the bathroom mirror.
There should be one on the wall above the console table and chair.
There was not a bin placed in the bathroom until I asked. There are no hooks in the bathroom by the sink to hang a hand towel and only one hook in the shower cubicle to hang a large bath towel. A little inconvenient !
Apart from these important factors the hotel was very nice.
