Clean nice and good location.
Pros:

Clean. Hot shower and they provided us with three single beds.

Cons:

The WiFi in the room didn’t work.
And there is nowhere to have a coffee unless the coffee shop is open. And since I was jet lagged I woke up twice at 4am and had to wait till 07:45 for a coffee. A simple coffee machine in the lobby would be very much appreciated

Localização muito boa. A partir do segundo dia tivemos uma melhora em nosso atendimento.
Café da manhã agradável e de qualidade, apesar das opções restritas.

Nossa chegada foi horrível!
Chegamos no início da madrugada após um voo internacional. (Eu, esposa e filho)
Tudo o que queríamos era ser bem atendidos e um bom banho quente.
Não tivemos nenhuma das duas opções. Atendente preguiçosa.
Nosso quarto era pequeno e o chuveiro não esquentou. Além de ter sido mal projetado, com água que corria pelo banheiro todo.
Solicitei que resolvessem e nada foi feito. Fui informado que só no outro dia poderia ser feito alguma coisa.
Pela manhã procurei novamente o atendimento e a mesma atendente se negou a ajudar. Apenas qdo uma outra funcionária da cozinha ouviu o relato, veio prontamente ajudar. Cederam um outro quarto para o banho, mas não quiseram trocar.
Posteriomente o aquecimento voltou a funcionar, não trocaram o quarto alegando que não tinha mais disponibilidade. Mas nossa estada foi bem afetada por esse atendimento péssimo em nossa chegada.

un lugar casi perfecto para descansar
Pros:

Es un lugar diferente, su diseño e irreverencia, su mezcla de colores y la buena atención hacen de un lugar que costo efectivo vale la pena.

Cons:

A pesar de que el diseño del baño es muy bonito, se suele mojar el piso aledaño por no contar con una barrera. lo que podría ser incomodo para algunas personas

Pros:

La disposición del personal a solucionar dificultades.
La limpieza del lugar era muy buena y muy amable el personal de aseo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones muy oscuras, el color de algunas paredes en negro no hacen un ambiente muy acogedor.
Lo peor es que en pleno invierno y con el frio que hacía, no salía agua caliente, apenas tibia.
Lo otro importante es que solo hay espacio en el estacionamiento para 3 autos y si uno llega y ya están ocupados, te quedas sin lugar.
