Place needs renovation and some care
Pros:

The location is nice and central. And it is handy to have a tram station very close by.

Cons:

Most of the facilities and furniture are very old and some are even broken (table and shower cabin door)
Also the fact there is construction at the building right next door which starts at 7:00 in the morning (including Saturday) made the stay not so comfortable and sleeping a big challenge.

The place and the rooms could really do with some renovation.

La ubicación perfecta, la disponibilidad del proprietario. Llegué despues de una noche muy larga en autobús y me permitieron entrar en la habitación de mañana para poder descansar. Lo valoré mucho !

Cons:

Fue todo muy bien pero el wifi no funcionaba.

Très bon rapport qualité prix avec une bonne localisation. Parfait pour un long week end à Prague !
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La climatisation est un vrai plus et le personnel était très attentionné et attentif.

Cons:

L’isolation phonique pourrait être meilleure

Pros:

Die Lage, Zimmer sauber

Cons:

- heruntergekommende Hausfassade
- dreckiges und demoliertes Treppenhaus
- versiffte Kaffeemaschine mit tagelam herumstehenden kalten Filterkaffee
- Rezeption ist nicht durchgehend besetzt (also nichts mit 3 Sterne)
- Mobilar/ Inventar im Zimmer heruntergekommen, Tür sichtbar einst aufgebrochen worden, Fußbodenleisten defekt, Loch in der Fliese hinter der Toilette
- schräg montierter Fernseher
- maximale Lärmbelästigung (das Nachbarhaus wird strangsarniert); höllischer Verkehrslärm und ständige Sirenen
- das Hotel wirbt definitiv mit Bildern von anno dazumal
- Wasser in der Toilette läuft schlecht ab
- Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht ausreichend, mein Essen war direkt verdorben


Alles in Allem war das sie schlechteste Unterkunft, die ich je hatte. (in dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis)
