Good location, clean rooms, nice staff
Pros:

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It's situated at the city center, the staff is always nice and the rooms are spotless. I'm choosing this hotel every time I land at Kunovice Airport.

Velmi příjemný hotel na náměstí. Parkování na soukromém parkovišti. Pokoje byly velké, pohodlné. Stejně tak postele. Snídaně nadstandartní, pestré a velmi chutné. Určitě doporučuji.

Cons:

Nechybělo nic.

snídaně skvělá, výborné umístění, zdvořilost, čistota, schopnost operativně a ochotně řešit drobné problémy, kvalita a cena jsou naprosto přiměřené

Cons:

je třeba posílit personál na recepci při příjezdu, peronál (1 osoba) je totiž využíván i pro servírovací služby na zahrádce na náměstí před hotelem, problém s průnikem dodatečných telefonických změn v rezervaci dohodnutých s hotelem do systému bookong.com

Pros:

Hotel je na hezkem miste, pokoj byl cisty, utulny, snidane vynikajici. Moc se mi zde libilo a pokud pojedu zase nekdy do Uherskeho Hradiste, rada se zde znovu ubytuji.

Super. Doporučuju.
Pros:

Personál byl milý. S panem recepčním jsem si měl hodně co říct. Nebyly žádné potíže, ale kdyby nastaly věřím, že by se o ně hotel postaral.
Snídaně super, ve stylu švédského stolu. S polštářem navíc nebyla potíž.

Cons:

Že jsem musel odjet. Že jsem tam byl tak krátce. Že jsem měl jen ucházející výhled z pokoje. Chápu ale, že každý pokoj nemůže mít ideální výhled. Mimo to naprostá spokojenost. Hodnotím velice kladně.
