Schönes Ambiente.

Cons:

Sehr einfaches Frühstück, Zimmer sauber, aber nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Tisch und Sessel passen größenmäßig nicht zueinander. Bei großer Hitze nicht Bewohnbar. Restaurant Personal sehr faul, wollte im Aussenbereich nicht bedienen.

Krásné ubytovani ale nelibá restaurace

Milá recepční, krásné prostory, pokoje s nádhernými výhledy. Jídlo super, až na zádrhel níže.

Cons:

Jednoznačně restaurační personál. Nejsme vůbec nároční hosté a lecos odpustíme, chyby se stávají a jsme jen lidé a stroje, ale nepříjemnost pana vrchního v nás ještě teď rezonuje. Mladý brigádník jako výpomoc - v pořádku, každý někdy někde začínal, ale když už chce/musí? pracovat v pohostinství, chtělo by to trošku více pozornosti a nebát se lidí. Ale to přichází s věkem a zkušenostmi, držím Vám palce! Starší pan vrchní, kapitola sama o sobě. Nepříjemný, za každou větou znavený povzdech jak kdybychom ho obtěžovali… Ale to nejlepší byla anabáze tiramisu, kdy nám bylo doneseno cosi vařeného z vitríny, která byla pravděpodobně rozbitá. Když pan číšník pro tiramisu sahal, moc dobře cítil, že je něco v nepořádku, ale i tak donesl ke stolu a očekával, že bude zkonzumováno. Kamarád pouze ochutnal a už konzistence naznačovala, že je dezert v nepořádku. S omluvou jsme vrátili a pan číšník zablekotal jen “sorry já vim”. No dobře, to je reakce kterou v zámecké restauraci opravdu čekáte. Nevadí, díkybohu nám to nebylo účtováno, ale když jsme platili a nedali jsme dýško, protože prostě ne, toto nebyl servis, který by si jej zasloužil, nedočkali jsme se ani poděkování či pozdravu. Druhý den ráno na snídani opět bez pozdravu, asi za to, že jsme nenechali to dýško. Škoda.

Nice stay in a beautiful castle setting
Pros:

Beautiful location in a castle right next to a church, with a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, although they are starting to show their age. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful with a great selection.

Cons:

The only downside was that it wasn't possible to have lunch in the restaurant's outdoor garden. During our stay, the temperatures were very high, so sitting outside would have been much more enjoyable.

Krásné prostředí - okolí zámku, výhled.
Dobrá kuchyně.

Cons:

Vystěhovaný (asi uložený) nábytek na chodbách.
Ne příliš vřelý přístup obsluhy restaurace - výjimkou byl nejmladší člen, ten byl milý a na úrovni. Tak snad jej brzy nezkazí ostatní.
Neodtékal odpad ve sprše.

A wonderful place for an overnight stay during our journey. The location is perfect, especially for visiting the nearby caves. The place has a unique and charming atmosphere, and the restaurant on site is a great advantage after a long day of travelling. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The room was a little small for two adults and an extra bed for a child, but it was perfectly fine for one night. We missed having air conditioning during the hot weather, although we understand that installing it in a historic castle building may be difficult. The only other minor inconvenience was that breakfast starts at 8 a.m.; an earlier option from 7 a.m. would be helpful for guests continuing their journey. Overall, these were only small issues and we enjoyed our stay.
