Vynikající lokalita: Nachází se v historickém centru města (v Radniční ulici), jen kousek od hlavního náměstí. Všechny památky, restaurace i cyklostezka Bečva jsou v pěší dostupnosti.
Skvělý personál a majitel: Hosté si velmi chválí ochotu, vstřícnost a lidský přístup. Personál často vychází vstříc i s dřívějším check-inem, pokud je to možné.
Bezpečné parkování: Ubytování nabízí bezplatné a bezpečné parkování v uzavřených garážích či na dvoře za elektronickou bránou, což je v centru města obrovská výhoda.
Čistota a prostor: Pokoje (i koupelny) jsou hodnoceny jako velmi čisté, prostorné a stylově zařízené. Některé pokoje či apartmány disponují dokonce vířivou vanou nebo terasou s výhledem na střechy starého města.
Snídaně: Formou bufetu, hosté je popisují jako bohaté, čerstvé a s dostatečným výběrem.

Krásný velký apartmán a velmi vstřícný majitel
Pros:

Velmi vstřícný majitel. Ubytoval nás mnohem dříve než byl oficiální čas, když jsme dorazily s kamarádkami zmoklé. Apartmán úžasný, velký a pěkně zařízený.

Cons:

Jediná maličkost - rozbitý pojezd u dveří od sprchového koutu.
