Pros:

Hotel location is very comfortable, nearby is cable car and start of roads to summit of the mountain Snezhka, amazing nature around, breakfast portions were huge

Cons:

Check-in were a bit messy, Booking messages not answered and we had to call to get the code

Czystość, wygodne łóżko, wygodna obszerna łazienka, ciepło, lokalizacja przy szlaku na Śnieżkę, stół w pokoju, konkretne śniadanie naszykowane które zabiera się do pokoju

Brak dostępu do łóżka z boków tylko przez nogi, co dla starszych osób nie jest wygodne. Popsuta żaluzja w oknie nad łóżkiem, przez co świeciło mężowi w nocy po oczach

Neu renoviert und gemütlich
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Gondel zur Schneekuppe.
Alles in allem eine gute Lage und ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Essplatz. Alles self Service. Check in mit PIN für den Schlüsselkasten und Frühstück morgens im Kühlschrank in der Küche des Hauses zum Essen im Zimmer, ausreichend und lecker. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, ebenso das Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein Zimmer mit vielen Fenstern. Wir waren an einem Regentag dort , daher war an der Gondel nichts los. Bei guten Wetter sieht dies bestimmt anders aus.
Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Kontakt vorher bei Rückfragen hat super geklappt.
Das Bett war sehr gemütlich mit einem Topper als Unterlage. Mag ich persönlich sehr.

Cons:

Ein paar dunklere Rollos wären nett. Das Licht der Gondel bleibt abends an und auch die Lichterkette von Haus scheint uns Zimmer. Morgens ist es auch früh hell.
Zum Frühstück besser Toast zum selber toasten. Die Brötchen waren den Abend schon bereit gelegt, und waren dadurch schon etwas fest.

Świetna lokalizacja jeśli ktoś wybiera się na Śnieżkę. Śniadania zabiera się samodzielnie z kuchni, całkiem ok opcja.

Pros:

Unterkunft ohne Personal (mit Schlüsselkasten und Code), Zimmer Nr.6 sehr klein, Bad modern, Heizung noch in Betrieb,
zufällig anwesendes Putzpersonal sprach kein Wort Englisch, Übersetzer auf Handy half,
Frühstück im Kühlschrank in Gemeinschaftsküche, außerdem frische Brötchen und Rührei, alles reichlich,
für 2 Nächte für uns ok

Cons:

für längeren Aufenthalt Zimmer 6 zu klein. Haus recht abgelegen

Pros:

Bardzo fajny pensjonat 20 m od kolejki na śnieżkę, i od wejścia na szlak , byliśmy z pieskiem I nie było problemu ( dodatkowa opłata 300 koron ) Śniadania samoobsługowe ale wszystkiego było pod dostatkiem ( no może więcej kawy by się przydało), parking mały I jak się jest późno to może być problem ze zmieszczeniem się bo niby nr są ale tyle aut tam nie wejdzie .

Очень хорошее место расположения, есть собственная парковка, очень приветливый персонал, в номерах идеально чисто и уютно. Рекомендую❤️

Pros:

doskonała lokalizacja blisko wyciągu i tras , śniadania ok ,poprawne - plus to pyszny chleb kminkowy i smaczne jabłka, byłam również w 2025 - poprawiła się wygoda spania - dołożono top-materace ( w zaszłym roku nie było w 2026 są - poprawiło to komfort spania diametralnie) polecam choć cena uważam w weekendy ciut za wysoka 440 zł za noc to za dużo. W obiekcie jest czysto, są ręczniki nawet suszarka do włosów . Tym razem w pokoju była lodówka, łazienka czysta, pokój posprzątany pościel świeża

nieco za wysoka cena-moim zdaniem nie powinna przekraczać 350 zł- płacimy przede wszystkim za bliskość wyciągu, mały parking - problemem może być zabranie auta lub jego zostawienie wtedy gdy przyjeżdżamy rano a wyjeżdżamy popołudniu lub wieczorem bo zameldowanie jest od 14 a wymeldowanie do 11. Gdyby parking był powiększony i były dostępne miejsca również z drugiej strony budynku byłoby po problemie i nie trzeba by się stresować powrotem z trasy . Jest to element do poprawy :-)

Wonderful experience, would recommend it to anyone. Btw, I got engaged in Sněžka and the proximity to the lift/gondola was really nice.

Cons:

The photos/illustrations/decoration were of naked women, we were a bit shocked when we opened the door
