Cons:

Slibované welnes, kvůli kterému jsem si vybrala ubytování nebylo možné. Špinavá lednice na pokoji.

Cons:

Tento pobyt jsme vybírali hlavně kvůli wellness, které bylo prezentováno jako součást ubytování. Po příjezdu nám ale bylo oznámeno, že wellness je uzavřené a místo něj nám byla nabídnuta sleva do lázní vzdálených několik kilometrů. Na pokoji jsme následně našli i vytištěné oznámení, ze kterého je zřejmé, že wellness bylo uzavřené dlouhodobě kvůli hygienickým problémům. Přesto je tato služba stále používána jako lákadlo v nabídce.

Pokoj bohužel odpovídal celkovému dojmu. V lednici zůstalo jídlo po předchozích hostech, lednice byla znečištěná a rezavá. Koupelna i vybavení pokoje působily zanedbaně, topení a držáky byly zrezlé, TV nefunkční. Nejde o očekávání luxusu, ale o základní hygienu a pravdivé informace při rezervaci pobytu.

Nejvíce nás zklamal přístup majitelky k negativním recenzím. Místo omluvy nebo snahy situaci řešit jsou hosté označováni za lidi, kteří „na všem něco vidí“. Přitom vše, co zde popisujeme, máme zdokumentované fotografiemi.

Pokud by wellness nebylo prezentováno jako součást pobytu, ubytování bychom si vůbec nevybrali.

Pros:

Pěkná lokalita blízko centra města ale přitom bokem, večer úžasný klid pěkně jsme se vyspaly, snídaně pěkně nachystané.

Cons:

Komunikace žádná, personál jsme potkaly až při odjezdu. V nabídce bylo wellness a sauna proto jsme vybraly toto ubytování ale bohužel nebyl přítomen nikdo kdo by nám ukázal kde co je nebo něco z toho zpřístupnil. Majiteli jsme volaly 2x kvůli jiným problémům a znovu se nám už volat nechtělo. Z tohoto pohledu veliké zklamání.

sauna s posilovnou a cisto, mily personal, restaurace par minut chuze od penzionu

Cekali by jsme trochu vic komunikace hned pri Chec-In treba jak to v penzionu funguje, co je k dispozici..na vse se sestra musela ptat.Bazen pristupny nebyl coz deti docela mrzelo.Snidani jsme nemeli,ale pry za moc nestala.

Pros:

Raňajky výborné, tiché prostredie, MHD zastávka do kúpeľov v Karlových Varov 10m od hotela každých 25min autobus od 6.00 do 22:00 za 25min tam. Reštaurácia a Pub 50m od hotela, Pilsner Urquel za 60 Kč 😄😄 raj na zemi

Nepáčilo sa mi, že som mala v izbe špinavý, zájdený pohár a staršie uteráky, ktoré mali mierne zatuchnutú arómu.

Für das Check-in sind Schlüsselsafes angebracht und man bekommt einen Code per E-Mail. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden

Das Frühstück ist naja, ist halt kein Sterne Hotel.
Die Betten sind sehr hart und einige der Kühlschränke in den Zimmern funktionieren nicht oder sind sehr laut.
