S ubytováním a personálem jsme byli spokojeni!!! Byli jsme zde již 3x.
Pros:

Líbilo se nám vstřícné a milé chování personálu. Prostorný pokoj, chutná snídaně i večeře. Dobrá poloha poblíž kláštera.

Cons:

V pokoji byl bohužel hluk ze silnice, která vede přímo pod okny, ale za to majitel hotelu nemůže.
Nedá se zde platit platební kartou, pouze v hotovosti.

Szép és jó helyen, a központban helyezkedik el. Közelben található ingyenes parkoló is.
Pros:

Központi fekvés. Megfelelő reggeli. Tisztaság, nyugalom.

Cons:

A kommunikáció. A személyzet idősebb tagjai nem voltak túl bőbeszédűek. Cseh és német nyelven beszéltek. Azért elboldogultunk.

Ignored booking and gave room away so I had to find another hotel

Good location with public parking right outside

Cons:

The hotel offered me free cancellation which I did not take. When I arrived, they told me they had no room. Even though the booking was still confirmed in the app, they had no room available. They did give me the money back in cash but this was a pretty bad situation. I had to book another hotel last-minute for almost 3 times the price. Communication was also very hard as no one really speaks English at reception.

Pros:

Výhľad z okna na námestie. Pohodlná posteľ. Možnosť nabíjania elektrického auta - za poplatok a aj bicyklov.

Cons:

Pavučiny a vlasy na miestach kde sa asi vysávač nedostal.
V iných ubytovaniach vždy bola kanvica šálky a čaj - tu nám to chýbalo najmä večer na zahriatie.
V sprche chýbal držiak na sprchu. Takže v 1 ruke sprcha, druhou sa umývate.
Raňajky také slabšie - buď studené salámy, syry, natierky, teplé boli iba párky a varené vajíčka - praženicu nerobia vôbec, alebo sladké džemy a rôzne cereálie.

Skvělá poloha na náměstí s většinou pokojů orientovaných do vnitrobloku nebo do boční ulice.
Dobrá snídaně s velkým výběrem netradičních domácích marmelád.
Pokoje i celý hotel čistý a udržovaný.
