Excellent value for money, location and experience
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and courteous, my bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and unexpectedly spacious, and I had a view of the Marktplatz/main square, which was literally a few steps away from the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a buffet with a large variety of delicious foods. I had a very agreeable stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I really don't have any complaints.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Greifensteiner Hof
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Greifensteiner Hof sehr genossen. Bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und haben direkt ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, nett eingerichtet und tadellos sauber. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir ohne Zusatzgebühren in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Zum Frühstück gab es eine ordentliche Auswahl an frischen Brötchen, verschiedenen Käse- und Wurstbelag, Marmelade, Honig, Rührei und vieles anderes mehr. Es gab unbegrenzt Kaffee, Tee, verschiedene Säfte und Wasser. Ich kann ehrlich gesagt die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht im Ansatz nachvollziehen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Und unschlagbar ist die zentrale Lage mitten in der Innenstadt und das unfassbar nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt.

angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage, gut für Fahrrad Reisende, hilfsbereites Personal
Pros:

Zentrale Lage zum Marktplatz von Würzburg. Fahrräder konnten in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstück hatten wir in einer Bäckerei um die Ecke.

Pros:

This is a first rate place in an ideal location. We stowed the bikes easily in an underground garage. Reception clerks were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was really expensive, so we went to a nearby cafe instead.

Es war trotz des veraltetem Interieurs sehr sauber

Cons:

Die Fotos bei Booking vermitteln ein viel moderneres Hotel, als es tatsächlich ist.Der Fernseher war kaputt, dies konnte man aber niemandem mitteilen , da schlicht kein Personal anwesend war.Der Standard ist 90 er Jahre und darüber wird in den Fotos geschickt getäuscht.

Sur-realistisch verblijf in een qua voorzieningen goed middelmaat hotel. Maar 4 sterren?

Het goede ontbijt en de locatie.

Cons:

Het is sur-realistisch om in een 4 sterren hotel, waarvan de entree gesloten is en er geen bezetting van de receptie is, ontvangen te worden door middel van een briefje op de deur. Onbeschermd en in weer en wind dient er aangemeld te worden door het het op het briefje vermelde telefoonnummer te bellen. Vanwege het slechte weer en storing op de telefoonlijn, zijn aanwijzingen en instructies nauwelijks verstaanbaar.
De volgende ochtend staat er een (goed) ontbijtbuffet klaar, maar opnieuw schittert het personeel door afwezigheid.
Verblijf in dit hotel voelt als een onbezoldigd opgetreden in een spookfilm.

De uitstekende centrale ligging en de parkeergarage. Wel aan de dure kant, maar dat was het gemak wel waard.

Cons:

Niets! Misschien een kleinigheidje: de sleutelring die steeds stuk ging.

Würzburg ist eine schöne Stadt und deswegen kann man auch mal ein Auge zudrücken bei kleinen Misslichkeiten

Sehr zentral gelegen

Cons:

Wegen eines Wein Festivals war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut und wegen des Festivals war natürlich auch alles ausgebucht und die Tiefgarage die angeboten wurde (leider nicht reservierbar) dann auch voll

Zentrale Nähe und im Komfort Zimmer absolute Ruhe gehabt

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war relativ klein und sehr warm. Ansturm am Wochenende kaum zu bewältigen.
