In hartje centrum en niet te ver van de parkeergarage

Cons:

Communicatie over aankomst.
Er waren parkeerplekken bij het hotel maar dat was vooraf niet heel duidelijk. Er was niet gemeld dat er niemand was en dat de sleutel uit het sleutelkastje gehaald moest worden. De e-mail daarvoor was pas gestuurd op incheck tijd

die Lage sehr gut direkt an der Altstadt.

Cons:

Leider Disco direkt vor dem Fenster. Mega Lärm in der Nacht.
Die Fenster sind super Schalldicht, kein Lärm im Zimmer aber heiss.......
Leider war die Klimaanlage überfordert bei den heissen Tagen und wir konnten die Fenster nicht offen lassen.

Anstrengend, ich wollte mich eigentlich erholen

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Bullenhitze im Zimmer. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen wegen des unnatürlichen Straßenlärm. Das war eine schlaflose Nacht.

Im heissen Sommer Klimaanlage defekt
Pros:

Die gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist super.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und es wurde kein Preisnachlass gewährt. Ausserdem war eines der Zimmer voll besonnt und nachts wegen der Bäckerei sehr lärmig. Es konnte daher nachts nicht gelüftet werden. Obwohl am Sonntag das Hotel praktisch leer war, da viele abreisten, wurde uns kein Ersatzzimmer auf der schattigen und ruhigen Seite angeboten.
Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und die Zimmer wurden nie gereinigt. Daher der Preise eher nicht gerechtfertigt.

Lovely staff, great location

Cons:

No air conditioning in middle of extreme heatwave, unnacrptable and no fans purchased for room. Had to check out and find other hotel.

Pros:

L' hôtel est situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville. On peut tout faire à pieds.

Cons:

J' ai trouvé la chambre très petite , avec un petit lit dans un coin. La climatisation ne marchait pas , il faisait donc très chaud et comme j' ai ouvert les fenêtres pour essayer de baisser la température, c' était très bruyant puisque la chambre donne sur la rue.
La personne qui a fait le check in ne m' a pas expliqué comment rentrer dans l' hôtel le soir. Il a fallu trouver une porte d' entrée grâce au restaurant d' à côté.
Je tiens quand-même à remercier la personne qui a fait le check out qui s' est excusée, m' a offert une bouteille de vin en dédommagement et permis de laisser mes affaires dans ma chambre jusqu'à mon départ.

Excellent emplacement.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, avec deux sorties, dont l'une donne directement sur la place du marché et la Marienkappele.
Chambre très confortable.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Preis/Leistung vom Frühstück passt überhaupt nicht!
Am Abreisetag war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück: Brot sehr hart , Gemüse nicht frisch, Brötchen wahrscheinlich erneut aufgebacken und das für 25€ pro Person !!!
In der Fernbedienung fehlte eine Batterie und die Rezeption ist nur Vormittag besetzt. Bei meiner Kollegin war das Waschbecken leicht verstopft.
