Pros:

Bra frukost.

Cons:

Vår bil blev inparkerad och det var otydligt att parkeringen kostade 20 Euro per dygn. AC:n var trasig och ingen personal fanns på boendet och när vi ringde angivet nummer sa hen bara ”öppna fönstret”. Detta i värmeböljan där vi valt hotell med AC.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Würzburg zum guten Preis.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Würzburg, nähe Marktplatz und Innenstadt. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Unser Auto parkten wir im nahen Parkhaus (200 Meter entfernt). Bei Parken am Hotel muss man den Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben, damit rangiert werden kann. Das wollte ich vermeiden. Alles in Allem, waren wir mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden, besonders die Lage des Hotels.
Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig. Frühstücksbuffet bekommt 10 Punkte!

Backs onto the central square and easy walking, close to public transport and only a 14 minute walk (with luggage to the train station). Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Old noisy air conditioning. Mattresses could be more comfortable. Very hard. N beetle or mugs in room. Needed to go to area adjacent to reception to make tea/coffee.

Frühstück nicht genutzt weil zu teuer
Cons:

Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war dermaßen überhitzt, dass die Klimaanlage an die 24 Stunden gebraucht hat bis sie auf 23 Grad abgekühlt hat, weil sie vor Bezug des Zimmers total ausgeschaltet war und das bei ca. 35 Grad Außentemperatur.

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimme

Cons:

Habe Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht, das Zimmer hatte nur eine sehr altmodische Lüftung die defekt war, das Zimmee war im dachgeschoss draußen hatte es 38 grad die hitze im Raum war unerträglich wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Hotel hatte abends keine Rezeption und war per Email nicht mehr erreichbar, am nächsten morgen zeigte es sich nicht kulant, das die Lüftung nicht funktinoiert hatte man uns allerdings sofort geglaubt. Schade ums Geld. Ich war das dritte mal zu Gast und sicher auch zum letzten mal

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Würzburger Innenstadt. Gegenüber befindet sich direkt ein Biergarten. Fahrräder können in einer Tiefgarage abgestellt werden.

Cons:

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel, eher 3 oder weniger.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt gar nicht.
Das Zimmer ist erst um 17.00 Uhr bezugsfertig gewesen.
Es ist nicht sauber gewesen.
Das Frühstück ist lieblos.

Personel też starał się jak mógł.

Brak działającej klimatyzacji. Przy temperaturze na zewnątrz ok 38 stopni, w nocy ponad 20 stopni, przebywanie w pokoju hotelowym było koszmarem. Szczególnie w nocy.

Location is really great and bed was comfortable

Cons:

AC is extremely loud and didn't properly cool down the room. Staff was very passive aggressive when I asked them about the AC. In general the staff turned very unfriendly as soon as something negative was mentioned (noticed a couple of conversations with staff and other guests).
Room also had several visible spots that were not properly cleaned in a while.
Unclear to me how this hotel had 4 stars...

Klimaanlage ging nicht, Matratze war nicht gut, unheimlich enge Parkgarage für 20€, enge Dusche. Im ganzen Haus schlechte Luft. Wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, weil es so warm war und die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat.
