Wenn wir das nächste mal in der Gegend unterwegs sind, werden wir ein anderes Hotel suchen
Pros:

Die Zimmer und die Betten waren ok. Frühstücksservice sehr nett. Ansonsten haben nicht so sehr viel positives zu berichten.

Cons:

Ansonsten hat man schon etwas das Gefühl, dass es nur um Geld geht, Gastfreundschaft Fehlanzeige. Check in ab 16 Uhr, haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wenn man früher einchecken möchte kostet das extra. Handtuchwechsel kostet extra. Bezahlung soll vor Zimmerbezug efolgen, zu einem Zeitpunkt wo man das Zimmer noch nicht gesehen hat. Frühstücksservice sehr nett, Qualität der Waren geht so.

Eine insgesamt schöne Unterkunft in urigen Ambiente eines Winzerhofes.
Pros:

Guter Service in schönem Ambiente im Innenhof. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Beleuchtung im Bad war unzureichend.

Unser Lieblingshotel im Rheingau mit ganz ausgezeichneter Küche
Pros:

Wunderschöne Blumen verschönten den Innenhof und haben zum Wohlfühlen eingeladen.
Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen und das gesamte Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und erfüllte alle Wünsche. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Tolle Location, die normalerweise für Durchreisende nicht zur Verfügung steht
Pros:

Normalerweise bekommt man dort gar kein Zimmer, weil jedes Wochenende Hochzeiten sind

Cons:

Auf dem Zimmer lag eine Broschüre, dass man beim Weinkauf 10 % bekommt. Die habe ich erst gesehen, nachdem ich 24 Flaschen gekauft habe. Dieser Rabatt wurde leider nicht gewährt.

Läget ligger lite avsides. Borde kanske fattat det eftersom det är en vingård. 😂

Das Hotel brachte uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Ein Blütentraum von Hortensien hat uns im Innenhof empfangen, dazu freundliches Personal und schmackhaftes Essen - was will man mehr? Die robuste Art der Rheingauer ist uns hier auf herzliche Art begegnet. Besonders schön war das Entgegenkommen, dass wir sogar nach Schließung im Innenhof bei einem Glas Wein sitzen bleiben konnten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war liebevoll vorbereitet, allerdings hatte es den Anschein, dass alle Speisen abgezählt waren. Filterkaffee gab es nicht (Bohnen waren ausgegangen), dafür ganz schlechtes Produkt aus dem Vollautomat. Joghurt und sonstige Milchprodukte waren nicht gekühlt und standen nur in Kleinstmengen zur Verfügung.

Frühstücksraum zu eng für die Anzahl der Gäste. Frühstück gerade noch ausreichend. Aufgebackenes Brot und Brötchen. Kaffee viel zu stark aufgebrüht. Keine vegetarische oder lactosefreie Auswahl. Keine Hafermilch. Nur Kuhmilchprodukte. Auswahl an Käse und Wurst überschaubar. Insgesamt nicht ausreichendes Frühstück. Ansprechpartner für den Hotelbetrieb außerhalb des Restaurantbetriebes nicht vorhanden; Dusche Temperatur schlecht zu regulieren. Armatur vermutlich defekt.

Eine gute Übernachtung
Pros:

Sehr gutes Weingut mit sehr guter Beratung
Wunderschöner Innenhof. Wir haben dort zu abend gegessen. Die Speisekarte ist nicht riesig aber dafür richtig gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und mit exzellenten Betten ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es wäre sehr schön, wenn ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre, zumal wenn die Temperaturen außen hoch sind. Das wäre ein Wunsch.

Prima voor een tussenstop
Pros:

Prima kamer, goed ontbijt en vooral het avondeten was uitstekend.
De eerste ontvangst was onvriendelijk, we waren 2 uur te vroeg, je kunt pas inchecken om 16.30. Dat vrij laat, ook iets drinken was niet mogelijk.
Echter, de ontvangst daarna maakte dat weer goed.
