Such a comfortable hotel with fab staff and gorgeous food.
Pros:

This hotel is always my first pick when travelling. Wonderful team, really comfortable rooms, and gorgeous food. Best night sleep of my two-week holiday. I will always return here.

Juwel inmitten der Weinberge
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind hochwertig, neu und klug ausgestattet. Steckdosen befinden sich optisch ansprechend hinter einer Leiste versteckt und dennoch in Reichweite vom Nachttisch beispielsweise. Der Balkon ist geräumig und liefert eine herrliche Aussicht mit Morgensonne. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gut durchdacht mit geräumigen Ablageflächen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, höchstens eine Anregung, um den ohnehin schon extrem gehobenen Standard perfekt zu machen: Die Möglichkeit der Kaffeezubereitung auf dem Zimmer.

Mooi, schoon en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen airconditioning was op de kamer. Stond in recensies dat alle kamers airconditioning zou hebben. Stond wel een kleine Dyson ventilator op de kamer.

Beautiful rooms and lovely restaurant and great service by all involved
Pros:

Lovely rooms and quiet and peaceful location on the edge of the Black Forest, not far from motorway to Switzerland/ France etc

Cons:

Spa wasn’t fully open due to some damage. But I think that has been so for a while

A hotel we would definitely return to!
Pros:

This hotel was a stop-off on our return drive to the UK following a holiday in Switzerland. The hotel is in a quiet location away from the centre of Baden Baden. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The real bonus was the quite excellent dinner. If one is feeling energetic there are some useful walks to be had from the hotel.

Away from the hotel..............do take the opportunity to visit the wine cooperative in the village..............we purchased a case of a very nice Reisling at an attractive price!

Pros:

Location is very good, the room and the facilities were good, and the breakfast exceptional. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very good too. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
It must have been good as we have booked it again as a break in our return trip from Italy :)
