Die Leiterin des Hotels ist sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hervorragender Service mit sehr herzlichem Empfang und außerordentlicher Hilfsbereitschaft

Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche hatte. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!“

Super Perfekt - sehr wohl gefühlt und ausgeruht aufgestanden - das Allerwichtigste !!

Frau Simon hat unsere Mitarbeiter, welche etwas später als geplant angekommen sind, sehr freundlich empfangen und sich Zeit für Ihre Fragen genommen. Da wir mit insgesamt 9 Personen dort waren ist es super nett gewesen, dass sie, sie sofern es machbar, war auf die Zimmerverteilungswünsche eingegangen ist - so dass alle zur nötigen Ruhe gefunden haben. Mit dem sehr leckeren und vielseitigen Frühstück konnten unsere Mitarbeiter dann gut gestärkt in den Arbeitstag starten! Wir haben gerade direkt für diese Woche erneut für 6 Pers. 2 Übernachtungen gebucht - schön, dass es geklappt hat. Und - wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

entspannter und leckerer Aufenthalt an der Ruwer
Pros:

Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem Dorf (Waldrach) direkt an der Ruwer. Man kann die Natur richtig genießen. Das Plätschern des Flusses, das tschilpen der ersten Frühlingsvögel. Man kann sehr gut zu Abend essen -die Chefin kocht persönlich- und leckeren Wein genießen.
