Pros:

Atmosféra místa, blízkost obchodů i veřejné dopravy. Pokoj tak akorát prostorný, menší koupelna, ale dostatečná a s kvalitním vybavením.

Cons:

Vzhledem ke stáří místa není zvukotěsné, ale vzhledem k ceně i ostatním kvalitám se dá přežít :)

Gera kaina užimtu metu dėl vykstsančio parodos. Palyginus geras susisiekimas su Messe. Geras susisiekimas su Niurnbergu. Rami aplinka.

Cons:

Nebuvo paminėta, kad viešbutis remontuojamas. Antrame aukšte nebuvo tvarkinga. Kambaryje buvo šalta ir nebuvo jokio šildytuvo.

Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und renoviert.

Cons:

Das Haus war eine Baustelle (offenbar vor ca. 1 Jahr ein Wasserschaden). Heizung war nicht funktionsfähig (wir waren während der Eisheiligen dort und es war sehr kalt). Immerhin gab es einen kleinen Heizstrahler, der für etwas Wärme gesorgt hat.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern beschränkte sich bei Ankunft auf einen kurzen Hinweis, wo das Zimmer ist und wo wir unsere Fahrräder unterstellen können. Danach haben wir niemanden mehr gesehen.

Der faire Preis für eine Nacht wäre bei 45€. Nicht höher.
Cons:

- Duschkabine war kaputt, Spiegel im Badezimmer auf der rechten Seite (nicht vor dem Waschbecken), nachts viel Lärm, Haustür auf Hinterhof musste gemäß personal nachts offen bleiben.

Pros:

Uprzejmi ludzie od telefonem, pomocni mimo bariery językowej, pozwolili zaparkować w ogrodzie za co duży plus. Historyczny piękny budynek, nie źle położony, zieleń dookoła.

Cons:

obiekt zdaje się jest w trakcie remontu, brak oświetlenia na górze (możliwe że po ciemku nie potrafiłem znaleść włącznika), sporo dziwnych elementów , na korytarzu i podłodze. W samym pokoju względny porządek, kiepski zapach pościeli (wilgoć / starość...) wyczuwalny w nocy (pościel zewnętrzna była ok, czysta i wyczuwalne że prana) brak jednych drzwi pod prysznicem - do zniesienia.
