Pros:

Очень милый и уютный отель «как дома»! Очень вкусные завтраки, разнообразие поражает, есть даже кедровые орешки, кешью и грецкие орехи! Хозяйка дома очень гостеприимная, нам разрешили задержаться с выездом! Завтрак у речки, гамак под навесом - о чем еще можно мечтать?

Bueno, Pero puede mejorar.
Pros:

La habitacion era Grande, fresca y comoda. La ubicacion es estrategica Para ir a Europa-Park. Para ir a Rulantica debes caminar un Poco a la estacion del bus. Las instalaciones del area de comidas son bonitas. El desayuno fue delicioso (Pero No esta incluido en El precio)

Cons:

1. No hay Personal de recepcion 24 horas.
2. No encienden las luces externas cerca Al Arroyo.
3. La Ultima noche unos huespedes tuvieron un altercado hacia la Media Noche, Con gritos y llantos, Como No habia Personal en la recepcion llamamos Al celular del Hotel Pero Este estaba pagado, esto nos dio Una sensacion de inseguridad.
4. La Maquina del Café solo esta disponible en la hora del desayuno.

Au regard du prix, l’établissement ne disposait même pas de climatisation. De plus, le point le plus problématique reste le personnel, qui ne parle ni anglais, ni allemand, ni français, uniquement l’ukrainien. Pour un établissement hôtelier, la maîtrise de langues étrangères est pourtant essentielle afin d’assurer un accueil et un service de qualité.

Super endroit pour un séjour à europapark/rulantica, au top

Suite duplex magnifique, spacieuse, avec sauna dans la chambre ! Petit déjeuner au top. Emplacement parfait !

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas français, accueil par une dame qui me passe un téléphone pour parler à la responsable.

Agréable mais peut mieux faire
Pros:

L’emplacement proche d’Europa Park, le lit était confortable et la chambre et salle de bains spacieuses.

Cons:

L’hôtesse n’est pas là pour vous accueillir. Ce ne serait pas spécialement un problème, mais il suffit juste d’être au courant et de ne pas avoir à téléphoner pour connaître la procédure d’entrée.
Pas de chaîne française et pas de bouilloire ou machine à café dans la chambre.
Au vu du prix, ça serait pas mal ;)
