More than perfect!
Pros:

We loved everything about the property! The location was perfect, and our room was absolutely amazing, with a beautiful view of the castle. The breakfast was delicious, and everyone treated us so well throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.

What made our stay even more special was how thoughtful they were with our little twin daughters. Every morning, they prepared a special table for the girls, with their own seats, and even reserved our table for us. Those little details made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We truly felt like guests from the moment we arrived!

Heerlijk hotel in een mooie omgeving
Pros:

Mooi en keurig hotel, goede ligging, lastig om juiste pakeer plaats te vinden.
Goede voorzieningen zoals lounge met koffie en dranken/snack automaat.

Cons:

Parkeergarage konden wij net gebruiken was volgeboekt.
Uitzicht vanaf de kamer en balkon was niet het meest fraaiste

Pros:

Ein richtig modernes Hotel. So etwas findet man im Moseltal selten. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung .Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Wir haben das letzte Zimmer bekommen und mussten uns mit Blick auf die Hauptstrasse begnügen. Es gibt generell nur wenige Zimmer mit Moselblick.

Notre chambre (upgraded) était toute récente, climatisée , calme, spacieuse, bonne literie. Highlight : le petit déjeuner buffet, qualité des produits parfaite. Parking couvert 10€/ nuit.

Pros:

The hotel felt new and clean. The room and bathroom was spacious. Comfortable beds. A fridge in the room. Good WiFi. And safe storage for bicycles.

Super. Immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. An der Straße und insbesondere auch in der Seitenstraße auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite kann man kostenlos parken. Das Personal war ausnahmslos toll und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Und von der Dachterrasse in der 3. Etage die für jeden Gast zugänglich ist, hat man einen tollen Blick. Lohnt sich!

Cons:

Ich hätte lieber eine richtige Tür zum Badezimmer. Es handelt sich um eine Schiebetür, bei der es keinen Unterschied macht, ob sie geschlossen oder geöffnet ist.

Comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht modern hotel in Bernkastel-Kues
Pros:

Hotel Moselauen ligt in het stadsdeel Kues, vlakbij de brug naar het oude stadscentrum van Bernkastel. Het is recent verbouwd en heeft moderne en smaakvol ingerichte kamers. De kamer is schoon, heeft een laminaatvloer en goede bedden. De badkamer is mooi, heeft genoeg opbergruimte en handdoekhaken en heeft een goede inloopdouche. Er is een kluisje op de kamer, een föhn, een minibar, een koffiemachine en waterkoker. De kamer heeft voldoende opbergruimte en plek voor de bagage. Het personeel aan de receptie en in de ontbijtruimte is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is geweldig met voor elk wat wils. Je kunt via het hotel fietsen huren voor € 30,00 pp per dag. Parkeren kan onder het hotel (beperkt aantal plekken) of op de openbare parkeerplaats vlakbij tegen een gereduceerd tarief. Wij hebben van onze 3 nachten in Hotel Moselauen genoten en komen graag nog eens terug.

Cons:

Als we dan toch iets moeten noemen is het misschien dat je de gasten in de kamer boven je goed hoort lopen, maar dat is logisch met een (harde) laminaatvloer.

Gemakkelijk hotel, met lift. Met een kaart van het hotel met gereduceerd tarief iets verder aan de rivier te parkeren.
Koelkastje en koffiebenodigdheden op de kamer. Vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt.

Modern, comfortable and centrally located.
Pros:

Excellent location, just walking distance to main square in Bernkastel. Spacious room and good bathroom. Good air conditioning. Very solid breakfast. Comfortable fully stocked lounge w honor bar.

Cons:

Although there is onsite parking for cars, there are not enough spaces to accommodate all the rooms in the hotel and as a result we never were able to use the parking facility.
