Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hat aber vor Ort 10 Euro gekostet. Da bei Booking.com stand, 5 Euro bei Vorabbuchung, diese aber nicht möglich war, ging ich davon aus, dass die Buchung des Frühstücks vor Ort auch 5 Euro kostet. Das war aber nicht der Fall.

Bei den Informationen für die Gäste ist noch Luft nach oben...
Pros:

Gute Lage, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof, also gut für Anreise mit dem Zug geeignet.

Cons:

Die Kundeninformation muss deutlich verbessert werden. Da ich auf Booking.com keine Frühstückszeiten gefunden hatte, hatte ich das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, dabei stand als Hinweis "Frühstück 5€". Auf auch der Seite "Essen und Trinken" standen die 5€ (siehe Bild), ebenso in meiner Buchungsbestätigung. Trotz dreifacher schriftlicher Angabe dieses Preise wurde mir das Frühstück nicht dafür gewährt, es kostete das doppelte. Und Spiegeleier beim Frühstück bekommen auch nur ausgewählte Personen...
(Immerhin wurde der falsche Frühstückspreis inzwischen korrigiert, dafür aber der Preis auch gleich auf 13,50€ erhöht.)

Zudem fand sich im Zimmer der aus Hotels bekannte Aufkleber "Handtücher auf den Boden", dass aber gar keine Reinigung erfolgt und damit auch keine Handtücher getauscht werden, wurde weder beim Check-In noch in den Informationen erwähnt. Toll, wenn man ein Handtuch eigentlich getauscht haben möchte...
Und das Bad war grundsätzlich auch sehr übersichtlicht, um in die Dusche zu gelangen muss man sich zwischen Toilette und Heizung "durchzwängen".

Schönes Hotel in ausgezeichnet Lage
Pros:

Sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf Weinberg und Seilbahn.
Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal.
Garagenplatz direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ausserdem ist das Hotel sehr verschachtelt und hat daher sehr viele Treppen bis zum Aufzug.
